The only little negatives are could do with a hinged lid and can take up to 5mins to boil.Very compact so will be easy and lightweight to pack. Includes two small plastic cups with handles that stack and store inside the kettle. Taking camping, caravans, motor homes, boats, hotels, guest houses, workshops, desks, student accommodation, small kitchens.Overall very good and great with Portable Power Stations as low wattage.

Small with two small cups . But ok to pack and the two cups although small do give a chance for a quick cuppa in the hotel room so does the job. Reasonable speed and quiet

This just arrived so I have only tried it out at home. I concur with the other reviewers:1. At just below the 500ml level, it does spit water out before switching off. A filter in the spout might prevent this - Swan? Anyone?2. The lead is very short, but on the other hand a longer one would lead to more weight. And would someone please delete the first answer to the question 'Is it cordless?' No, it isn't!3. The cups are pathetic! Flimsy, too small, and when full, the handles are not big enough to hold onto and keep the cup upright. I tried it (with cold water!). We'll be taking our own cups4. It comes with a useful fabric bag. Sadly this is like a tent bag - it is just a little too small, but only widthwise. I just managed to stuff the kettle and lead in, but the fabric is straining and I doubt it will last long.However, it is very small and neat, exactly the right size for two cups of tea. It boils quickly - in about 2 minutes. I see what one reviewer meant about the switch being hit and miss, but it does work, and if it continues to do so, it will be a really useful gadget.

Been looking for a small kettle for ages. Ordered this and it did not disappoint. It's the perfect kettle for a cuppa and it's also perfect for travelling.

We have used this for a few camping trips now. It is an ok size for our family of 4 to have a small hot drink each. Very suitable for 'mum and dad' to have a coffee in the morning.There is a small blue light which comes on to indicate it is on - this is handy as it is really quiet! It is good to know that it is on. Sometimes when it boils I dont hear it as it remains quite quiet, and as it is small and low Watts I dont always notice the steam at first. I dont think all travel kettles have a light(?).My only grumble would be that the cable is really short. When camping you need a longer cable sometimes, to reach the table from the socket lower down nearer the floor. We have to put the kettle on a lower table, which could then be nearer to smaller hands...The small cups which come with th kettle are cute, but ultimately not suitable for an adult, even though it is labelled as a travel kettle. So a nice addition and a good size for the kids to have a warm drink.All in all a good small travel kettle which works well.

Worried about longevity of product, especially lid

I bought this for a trip to the US. Specifically because it was dual voltage and seemed like it would be good quality. Wrong. After about 25 mins the small amount of water in it got hot but it never got to boiling no matter how long it was left. Clearly not fit for purpose. Total waste of money.

Liked everything about this mini kettle. It is lightweight and takes enough water to make two good size hot drinks. It boils quickly and quietly and turns off at the boil, not bubbling on for too long. It also cools down quickly afterwards. One thing to note - I should have read the instructions carefully first. I boiled the kettle to clean it when I first got it. I then changed the water quickly and pressed the switch again to boil the second lot of water, but it would not switch on although I tried several times. I thought I had bought a defective kettle, but on reading the instructions it said that the switch will not work until the kettle has had a chance to cool down - a safety feature. I did this and it has worked perfectly every time since. One further note; the bag it comes in should be bigger. It is too small for kettle and lead.

I live in Canada but do travel to Europe so I need a dual voltage kettle. As it has a UK plug on it I purchased a simple plug adapter for less than $10 to allow me to use this throughout NAmerica and the Caribbean . The water heats quickly to a boil on the NAmerican voltage setting. Voltage setting is on the bottom of the kettle and easy to slide across. Very compact so will be easy and lightweight to pack. Includes two small plastic cups with handles that stack and store inside the kettle.

Dieser Reisekocher ist schön klein, leider mega unstabil. Er ist schlecht verarbeitet, der 1. ging dann auch fix kaputt … Rücksendung für Ersatz NOTWENDIG … nach GB auf eigene Kosten!!! Der 2. jetzt ist so schlecht zusammengesetzt, da sprudelt einem das heiße Wasser aus sämtlichen Stellen über die Finger.Eine nochmalige Rücksendung verkneif ich mir, da das dann irgendwie viel zu teuer wird.

Took this to Europe with us and used it so much! Works great and is super Portable. Many of the Hotels I stay in do not have Coffee makers anymore and I have to have my morning coffee so this foots the bill! Great Item at a great price!

Habe diesen Wasserkocher bestellt, weil er klein und handlich ist. Wollte ihn im Büro einsetzen - in Deutschland! Dieser Kocher hat jedoch einen Stecker, der in Deutschland in keine Steckdose paßt, da er 3 Führungen hat. Da das Produkt aus England!!! kam, wollte ich ihn aufgrund der hohen Rücksendekosten, die ich auch noch selbst tragen muß, nicht zurücksenden. Also mußte ich noch zusätzlich einen Adapter kaufen. Alles in allem war der Kauf sehr ärgerlich und ich sehr unzufrieden.R.S.
