I first would like to say that this chair is amazing! It went together very easily, despite other reviews that said it was hard to put together instructions were simple and plain and easy to read. The chair itself is very comfortable, which is good because I sit in front of the computer for long hours. I was debating about ordering it but now I’m glad I did so if you’re debating on getting it all I can say is get it. You won’t be disappointed. The build quality on it is very good. The casters that come with it are not the best for carpet. As you can see by in the picture, I ordered casters to go with the chair which solve that problem.

I purchased this chair back in April, hoping to get a nice chair as I work from home and am sitting for a good portion of the day. When i first go the chair, there was a minor tear on the back of the chair, but I could live with that, I understand things happen when being shipping. After using it for a few months, the gas chamber started to randomly fail while sitting in it, and the padding in the seat was nearly flat. Now i am 5' 10", 195lbs, there is no reason a chair should be failing like that after 4 months. I ignored it until finally after 8 months, the gas chamber completely failed every time i sat on it. I reached out to customer service requesting a replacement chair, but instead I had to take pictures of the "failing" components and then they would send me just those parts. After sending the photos they agreed to send em the replacement parts at no charge, but did not have instructions on how to take apart my chair, and replace what needed to be replaced. That on its own its a bit ridiculous. Fast forward another week, I get the box with the seat, cylinder and mount, but the mount is broken and the cylinder looks like it was used/refurbished. So now, after taking apart my chair, and probably compromising the integrity of the chair, I am requesting an entirely new chair AGAIN. Super frustrating because I LOVE the design of the chair, just wish the quality was up to par with the price. Hoping I can actually get someone on the phone and resolve this instead of the back and forth canned email responses.*UPDATE*After being contacted by Jacob, all has been resolved and the company went above and beyond to make the situation correct. I ended up getting the upgraded version, and would strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase one of these chairs to spend the extra money on the upgraded version. I find the overall quality and comfort to be much better. If you are sitting for long periods of time, the upgraded version is a must. I will say I am very pleased with the company taking ownership of the issues and doing everything they could to make sure that all was resolved.

I was looking into gaming chairs and ran into this beauty. The chair fills a certain soft spot and is able to incoporate the "Iron Man" style onto the back, the seat, and the pillow very minimistically but still in high quality. I could not ask for a better design, especially due to my minimalistic attitude but also my love for Marvel. I feel that the chair could go quite well in any scene you put the chair into, even if you werent the biggest Marvel fan. The Marvel part aside, this chair is still my favorite chair. I had a couple hundred dollars worth of gaming chair from some number of years back and the leather is no comparison to my Marvel one. The chair really feels comfortable and cool and it feels as though it "breathes" better than my last chair. I dont know how they did it with the leather at this price range but I'd say it is really an exceptional chair. I believe even the gas lift is a class 4 which is the best one out in the market to date. Everything feels smooth and controlled from the seat to the tilt. I thought the chair was too cheap for the price but no, it's just a diamond in the rough. Buy it and try it out yourself! It seriously competes with chairs up there in the 500s!!!!

"for gaming and gamers". i was sceptical at first giving the price of it. but from the picture is looking "pretty good". so i decided to order this for my now younger sister of 21. she's also a gamer as all of my family are. she put the chair together easily by herself, read the instructions..it's that simple. also she's a little wide in the hips and this chair fits perfectly. the quality of the chair is amazing!!! 2) the price for it great for the quality your buying!! 3)great for marvel fans! beautiful once assembled! 4) it doesn't recline back like most chairs but..you won't need it because it "tils back 130degrees! itf feel amazing with the massage pillow on the lower back. 5) ALL IN ALL, BUY TBIS CHAIR! you will love it!❤ note: the shipping was fast! came came 4days before the delivery date.

Things I liked.1. Easy to put together, doesn't require an ironman to accomplish2. good back support, my great-nephew loves it.3. my great-nephew loves it.4. looks very coolThings I disliked1. arm-rests are not comfortable for men with man-spreading legs, pinches me legs bad!2. massage cushion is laughably bad. it kind of hums and wiggles but what do you expect running on USB power?3. Leg base and casters are crap. Vinyl is prone to breaking as are the infernal plastic casters. I wish chair companies would stop using this crap. I bought a metal base and single wheel chair casters. My nephew loves it.As you might suspect, I no longer have the chair. It's nice but the armrests are very uncomfortable to a fat man like me since my legs push outward and pinch against them. It made the chair unusable. I even looked to see if I could get alternative armrests but the chair construction depends on the design. it's a pity since it is a nice chair overall. I gave the chair to my great-nephew who is a gamer and thinner than me. He loves it.
