I bought this pillow to cool my head/neck, it did to an extent but I did not find it particularly comfort. I persisted and it did improve but was not for me. I have since bought another cooling pillow which suits me much better. There is nothing wrong with this pillow, just wasn't right for me.

Really comfortable! Not sure about the cooling part as I've only used it twice but been out like a light and slept through the night without waking once.

This product is OK for while but then it gets hotter, the coolness disappears! It is comfy though and. I feel it is expensive for what it is.
