This pillow is fantastic! Soft, firm yet not to firm, my neck and shoulders are thanking me already. Don't let some of the negative review deter you! Just read the instructions! When I first opened it I was disappointed, there were pretty flat, but, the box clearly states to put them in the dryer on low for 10 minutes. BOOM! The perfect pillow!

I have searched for the "perfect" pillow for many years and tried many pillows. This pillow completes my journey! I am a side sleeper but I also deal with acid reflux, so I need a firm, yet comfortable pillow for side sleeping and also back sleeping. The Cozsinoor pillows are truly hotel quality. They have just the right amount of firmness and yet feel soft. I do not wake up with a stiff neck anymore and my acid reflux does not bother me at night either. They haven't crushed down since I started using them and really hold their shape. I don't know exactly what is inside the pillow but it is sleep magic for me! An added plus is that you get two pillows. They fit my regular pillow cases perfectly. I hope Cozsinoor continues to make these fine pillows because I want to replace all of my bed pillows with these. Try this pillow and you too, can enjoy some sleep magic!

I don’t know how these have such good reviews, I got these on sale but still paid over $30, the retail price was $99, there’s no way these are that much, they’re basic cheap pillows. Yeah they look fluffy after you put them in the dryer but go flat as soon as you lay on them and one pillow was snagged, there’s nothing luxury about these pillows at all, I usually don’t leave reviews but after feeling deceived and seeing how many good reviews these had (big reason why I bought them) I wanted to leave an honest review to help others. I’ll be returning them. You can get pillows like these for less, they are not luxury at all. Sorry I didn’t post a pic, I have them boxed up to return but even in the pics, they look fluffy but looks are deceiving! I guess so are most reviews, lesson learned!

When I received my pillows, they were in an airtight bag that was so thin that I thought the wrong package was sent to me. I read the label and confirmed that, yes, these are the pillows I ordered. Being somewhat skeptical about my purchase I carefully opened the package and watched as the pillows inflated. Within a minute they were fully fluffy yet I remained doubtful that they would be as good as others have stated here in these reviews.That was about 2 months ago and I have to say I really love these pillows. They are truly comfortable, supportive and to date have not lost any of the fluff and stuff that makes a pillow great. Good pillows. Very very comfortable and holds up shape and thickness well. The picture shows this pillow (on left) next to a similarly priced and starred review pillow (on the right) also purchased through Amazon. Both were similar in thickness when purchased. After less than 2 weeks the other pillow is less than half the thickness and doesn't hold its shape. My head sinks to the mattress when i use it. This pillow continues to support my head and neck nicely. I'm very pleased with these pillows and the price. I was cautious at first because of the price, but am very pleased that I took the risk... worth it. I have neck and back issues and it's difficult for me to find a decent pillow at an affordable price, but this one is most definitely worth a recommendation.
