could you package/post these without plastic?

Possibly. Would need to line a box with grease proof paper to stop them sticking. However it would leave the product open to contamination if the box got wet. Personally I would prefer them to be sent in some form of plastic to protect the product during transit.

Possibly. I have not had the opportunity to taste Haribo's balla stixxas. I can tell you these are pretty good.
