I bought the grounding mat for an Amish friend of mine who has been having a lot of physical problems. Since she has no electricity, this rod is perfect. She has benefitted greatly from its use. This is great for camping or any off grid areas.

It works perfect when you don't have grounded outlets in your house. I bought 2 of them to use in 2 different places.

With the grounding rod, I can now use my grounding equipment. Easy to use.

I have been "grounding for years by just going out and sitting in a metal chair and bare feet. Got to thinking about the metal chair so I thought I'd up my game and do this wire and rod into my bedroom window to my bed. Saw the guy who created Earthing on youtube and how he started. He used metal ductape which is aluminum. Not hard to find and not to expensive... My only problem was i put it out and forgot to tell my lawn guy to watch out for it.... hence Its gone. My fault so I have to rr-do it. Tell your lawn guy and maybe put a stone or brick by it.

I plugged the rod directly to the earth and ran the cord into my ungrounded house
