very good quality and non slip grips
The straps are really long so you could put them over a high tree. I cut the excess off after putting them onto the kids climbing/swing frame. The rings themselves feel really solid and so do the clamps on the straps, I'm sure they'll last for years.

Great for ring pull ups and dips wherever you can hang them from
For pull ups and dips this is perfect and performs very well as long as you can find a good place to hang them from. Have not tried ring push ups yet so cannot review that aspect of them unfortunately.

A stronger and healthier me
These are really easy to set up and work perfectly, you do have to pass the webbing through the clips correctly (which is simple since there are arrows engraved on them) otherwise you could find yourself on the floor. As the rings are plastic they're not as grippy as wooden rings would be, especially once your hands get wet from perspiration! However this is easily solved with chalk or gloves. If you're into bodyweight exercises and need rings, you won't regret getting these.

Had to get a pair of these try hit my lats on lay day but the adjustment on then is useless I tie them together n then throw them over a structure but when using the adjusters they just ent got the balls to hold and just slip back downBut they weren't expensive and straps are upto it they do the job as well as any

Not free UK delivery
Thought rings were smaller my own fault! So had to return! Although very good quality and prompt delivery. Only one thing that annoyed me, said free UK delivery but actually charged me for delivery 😡😡

so cheap and works!
This was a good buy as it was a good price and it you are able to train doing muscle-ups, dips, pull-ups etc.. They do slip but a small loop- knot just above the clips sorts it out easily.

Great product just easy to break the buckle under tension
I have used these rings for a while now. My only concern is that both buckles have broken due to cross loading the system. They still work but are much harder to set up! Other than that though an awesome cheap set of Olympic Rings which have helped me improve my gymnastics loads!

Give rings a go!
Read a few articles about using rings using rings in your training decided to give them a go. Press ups and dips were an eye opener, you'll instantly understand what core stability and body tension means. Cheaper and more versatile than suspension straps, enough info on the net to get you started. Just give them a go.
