It is only 300mg for Alpha Lipoic Acid, not 600 unless you take 2 tablets

What's the difference between your nerve health and nerve relief? Both have b vitamins in it.

My results are only that this product did not work for me! I have sciatic nerve pain. I think I was fair in using the product for 30 days, (I was taking B12 anyway) but at the end of 30 days I say no improvement!. ciatic
