Is this product ammonia free to use on tanzanite ?

It does not smell of ammonia, other than that I don't know. Sorry

Will it clean, gold, diamonds, opals, rubies and sapphires?

Yes all except opals (not sure about them) cleans my diamonds, Ruby’s and gold and silver

Is this suitable to use for cleaning gold stud earrings?

It's useless - absolutely ineffective. I threw mine away. My recommendation would be to buy something else.
