I actually returned this one and bought from their website because I misread the description and thought this had PEMF, it dosen't. Amazon dosen't sell their 7 crystal mat with PEMF, hence the purchase elsewhere.This mat is seriously well made and BEAUTIFUL. I use it every day for about 30-min to an hour while meditating. My sleep has markedly improved. Using the oura ring, my sleep scores went from the 30s to the 70s (not sure home much the PEMF effects that) but customer support is super responsive and friendly. You can go wrong with this companies products or service.

I ordered the MediCrystal Biostimulation 40x20 mat. It has infrared, 5 types of crystals, red light , variable heat and times setting up to 12 hours. If you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, have gall stones, or kidney issues this is Not for you. It comes w a waterproof pad that easily slips on and is washable. It also comes w an air mesh pad to make it softer. You can purchase additional pads if you so desire. I got my mat for muscle spasms and general feeling of well being which it has helped me immensely. I started out slowly (never using heat higher than 40 due to sensitive skin) for 2 hrs and built up to sleeping on it all night. It has helped me sleep and I move very little when on it. The controller is standard 110 and has sufficient long cord. Mat is well made. No undue noise from mat. You will greatly appreciate this product and the company works w the customer. It has kept me comfortable without using extra medication. It also relieves my mind and I get a general sense of well being. After using mat I must make sure that I hydrate. Well worth the price and would definitely buy again! There is nothing that I dislike about the mat!

The media could not be loaded. This is my second mat from Medicrystal & I will always be a customer. My first one also reviewed on Amazon is the classic mat. My husband is now the owner of that :). Now I have this 5 gem (also professional size) in my dance space to help with chronic pain. Medicrystal’s products are top of the line & customer service is fabulous, always helpful. Highly recommend their mats for chronic pain, relaxation, meditation, kids (supervise of course), & pets. They have the best pricing too. Worthwhile investment.
