Also Naked Actives provides excellent customer service
This Niacinamide product works very well for me. I don't experience any irritation when using it and layers well with other products especially the Naked Actives MAP serum which I also use. I verified with the company that there is enough Niacinamide in this serum to produce results without causing sensitizing the skin. Also Naked Actives provides excellent customer service. All of my questions are answered in a timely manner and they really explain how their products work to achieve an effective skincare regiment. Another thing I like about this serum is that the inactive ingredients used are extremely minimal and for me don't cause any type of reactions.

Works well
It's not greasy and goes on pretty light. You can feel it working and does give skin a glow. It's like coffee for skin wakes up your complexion.

Didn't work for me...
I bought this months ago but didn't try it until last month, after I ran out of Paula Choice's 10% Niacinamide "Booster." When I ordered this, I had assumed (wrongly) that the percentage of niacinamide would be somewhere on the bottle but it wasn't, so before using it I emailed this Naked company to find out what percentage of niacinamide it had.Instead of answering me, they replied with (what felt like) a long condescending explanation about how "every chemist knows" that the percentage doesn't matter and basically told me that I didn't need to know. When I pointed out I was asking because most clinical studies that show it's effective use 4-5% B3 and explained how most of the B3 serums tell you the percentage, they dismissed this as all hype and false advertising. This really annoyed me, but I guess they consider it some kind of trade secret and that's their right.Anyways, I finally ran out of PC's booster (which I really liked, but found way too pricey) and decided I might as well give the Naked B3 a chance. I ended up regretting it big time! IThe only good thing I can say about this product is it has an okay finish. It's not too watery and not too sticky (i didn't find that it pilled or peeled).Other than that though, I hated it! It did NOTHING for redness or inflammation (my skin also suddenly developed shininess), and I think it broke me out pretty bad or maybe it just didn't help control my acne the way PC's booster did. It really sucked because my skin had been so clear for the past 3 months--then BAM! All of a sudden I was dealing with red, broken-out, inflamed skin! UGH.Needless to say I had to stop using it within 2 weeks (I normally like to give skin products a full month but I just couldn't with this one). I ordered Bulksupplements Pure Niacin (Vitamin B3) Powder (100 grams) to make my own B3 serum, which was what I used before PC's B3 Booster. I can't describe how much better my skin looked and felt with it!It can be hard to find a B3 serum that doesn't have a bunch of other stuff in it that either irritates or clogs your pores though, so if you don't want to make your own serum an alternative I'd suggest is The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% 30ml (it's currently $11 on amazon which is decent considering it's about $6 on DECIEM's site but probably over $11 with shipping). It's a little stickier in consistency but you only need like 3 drops (any more and it'll end up pilling under your makeup). I prefer to make my own though, because i like to use it with the Ordinary's hyaluronic acid 2% + B5 serum and resveratrol 3% + ferulic Acid 3% (I also really love their 5% alpha lipoic treatment; in fact, I'm basically obsessed with the Ordinary in general right now).

It did not meet my expectations. It did nothing for my skin, other than make it dry.

... with the second bottle as a mix and i like it but
I tried this with the second bottle as a mix and i like it but, haven't seen that much of an improvement as of yet for the wrinkles...hopefully it takes time and will happen to clear them up a bit.

Good oil for dryness
I do like this oil; however, I haven't used it long enough to see progress. It appears to go on easily and my face hasn't broken out with it. I is a good oil for the cold, dry winter days here in Colorado. I will continue to use it.

Started off mild burning than dry red blotches on my face
I stopped using it but i should of dinner that sooner but i want sure Rudy this product could of been the culprit as niacinamide usually calm and evens out the skin. Since nothing else in my skincare routine changed the flushing and warm tingling on my face left me with red blotches must of came directly after using this serum. It's odd as it specifically says the opposite they it Cain'sNothing else in my routine changed. I used a Skinmedica serum before and i never had issues in fact i used it to calm any inflammation or any irritation. I mage sure to only use this Vitamin B Niacinamide serum and almost immediately i started to get my face tingling and it even brought back inflammation and permanent red blotches that aren't goingaway.nothing in my skincarefinally the flushing and warm feeling on my face with red blotches. Nothing else in my routine changed. I used a Skinmedica serum before and i never had issues in fact i used it to calm any inflammation or any irritation. I mage sure to only use this Vitamin B Niacinamide serum and almost immediately i started to get my face tingling and it even brought back inflammation and permanent red blotches that aren't going away. I'm going to have to see if it goes away with time as my skin Inflammation calms down a bit. Not much is helping me now i should of just stuck when skinmedica essential serums which helped my aging 40 yr olds skin texture dryness and especially ocasional dryness. Now all the good the expensive serums did this B3 Niacinamide totally messed up. Initially it burns dries our the face than red blotches appear on my forhead, cheeks nose and completely messed up my melasma ( that's been gone for years) now i have this discoloration around the skin surrounding my lips. Side of my chin my upper lip and dry red patching on sides of my face . It's was very itchy and it took time for that to go away now it's starting to peel. It specifically says non flushing niacinamide. Now i see that removed this serum from the Naked skin collection. With my experience with niacinamide B3 serum i wouldn't buy any other serum they have like hyaluronic acid, or anything. Something in their serum obviously iritated my skin now I'm left with discoloration. I hope it's not permanent but it's been a week and my face which had never been red or irritated and i stayed out of sun due few years heavily using zinc mineral sunscreen to remove discoloration, and even texture to a baby smooth skin and use some$300 serums helped to reverse any discoloration inflammation and Sun spots i had to even fair complexion, this serum messed my skin badly. Only makes me wonder why they removed it permanently from they're line as i tried to go finds it. In case it does come back i do not suggest to anyone with dry mature and discoloration/pigmentation issues.
