It changed my natural hair color, not just the grays
I have very dark brown hair (never dyed) with some grays underneath, which show when I pull my hair back. I’m on my 2nd bottle of Gray Hair Treatment Formula for Women. For the first bottle, I used the product each time I washed my hair, around 3 times a week. Around week 3, I noticed that my grays were turning a honey color, which was promising. I continued using the product and needed to order a 2nd bottle. Now I notice that ALL my hair has a weird, unnatural mud brown hue to it, see the picture. It looks like I lightened my hair and my roots are growing out. I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t used the product long enough and my hair is in “transition”, but I was not expecting my brown hairs to be affected (only the grays). I contacted the company but haven't heard back (not good). If this ends up being the final result, I won’t use this anymore. I’ll update when I know more.UPDATE:I contacted the seller via email and was told that I probably used too much product and to cut back. I've cut back for the past 2 weeks and have noticed no difference... I'm not willing to purchase a third bottle at this point.UPDATE:I stopped using the product for over a month, but saw no change in my hair. Still that dull, mud brown and it looked awful. So I got a semi permanent hair dye to get rid of it and my hair turned green, see pic.I have very dark hair. The satisfied reviews that I've seen with pictures all have lighter hair. Maybe this doesn't work on dark hair like mine.Buyer beware.

Bought but didn't use after reading the package insert
Didn't know it was not recommended for previously dyed hair. Most people have already tried dying their hair with other products before they decide to try this product so most people won't be able to use it unless they are one of the few who has never colored their hair.

Useless. Zero results.
The only thing this product would stain is your walls, doors, tile... and it won't come out. I had to repaint the wall and door where I had a few drops of this useless product. Clear, but dark when dried on ANY surface, BUT YOUR HAIR. I've used it for a few weeks now - ZERO result.. zero. Save your money.

Great alternative for people with hair dye allergies!
I've never written an Amazon review, but I did want to comment on this product. When I started to go gray, I began to use hair dye. Shortly after, I discovered I had a PPD allergic reaction. With this allergy, conventional hair dyes were off limits. If you do research, you'll learn that people can get this allergy anytime and it can be fatal. My face started to swell up (especially around the eyes - one eye shut down completely) and I got rashes all over my body and my scalp was itchy. I didn't want to use henna because many people I know who use it have orange hair. Plus, my hairdresser says henna does damage to the health of hair. Also, with henna, you have to be careful of the ingredients because sometimes they do contain PPD (so please check labels carefully! if you choose to use it). I began to search, and I found this product. It did take some time before results showed (a couple of weeks, I think). When I initially put it on, it often looks like my hair was dark brown, but then it looks black the next day (I have black hair). Some strands do stay dark brown. I'm not fully gray, just need to cover-up certain areas. I'm mostly happy with the product. It's not only effective, but it's not smelly like the hair dyes and doesn't have the harmful chemicals of conventional hair dyes (some of which are carcinogenic). For me, this product works great and I am so pleased I found it!

relatively easy to use (especially to maintain natural hair color once ...
My mostly gray hair turned back to its natural dark brown. I still can't believe it. This product is a miracle--affordable, relatively easy to use (especially to maintain natural hair color once it's been achieved), and it really works! It makes me feel YEARS younger.
