Fits perfectly. However took two of these to strip old paint from a driveway metal double gate. The wire brush does wear away, so always have a spare.

Very well made wire wheel, threw very little metal off of the brush for quite sometime until I started putting alot of pressure on it (which it warns you not to do) and the brush started to wear fairly quickly, I had a particularly tough bit of metal to polish, for general all round use though these are great. Doesn't appear to be designed to be used with your existing angle grinder abour, mine qt least you just screw it straight on and tighten with a regular spanner. Was solid and works great.

I’ve used this wire wheel for cleaning up rust on some drive shafts and it worked really well. I don’t agree with another review that says it’s too aggressive and difficult to control in a standard hand held angle grinder. I had no issues with it. It also seems to hold together pretty well, I didn’t notice that any wires fell out.

Unless you have a variable Speed Grinder its just way too vicious on a Grinder as if you his it on anything other than flat surface it tries to rip your arm off ! But i just removed it from my dewalt grinder and stuck a nut and bolt through it then used it on my old hammer drill with variable speed ! The wire brush itself is superb build quality and last yonks, It chews throw rust no issues ! Just not a good attachment for high speed grinders laying on your back under a car 🙄 It way too scary ! great value and would recommend if you have something variable speed to run them
