works well- only thing is it is high and doesn't fit under sofas/chairs... and doesn't get under edges in my kitchen. happy with it.

Excellent RoboVac and Support
IMHO the Verefa L11 Pro is an excellent self-emptying robot vacuum. I have owned a few such vacs in the past and this is the best one so far. It efficiently maps and vacuums our first floor (~900 sq. ft.) which has numerous tables, chairs, beds, and shelves with about half of the wood and tile floors covered in rugs. The L11 Pro makes very intelligent mapping choices with little wasted motion and was not easily bothered by cords and tight spaces. Like all robovacs, the L11 Pro knows stairs and avoids them.An older, but good robovac I own is very sensitive to dust or fine hair or fur getting on the sensors causing the unit to randomly veer off course unless wiped clean. The L11 Pro appears to be immune to this behavior even though the plastic surfaces do collect some static dust. Direct sunlight may affect the LIDAR-based mapping, but I have not tested for this.It has plenty of battery power (5100 mW/hr) - running for over 95 minutes with 40% of the battery charge still remaining. Most robovacs in my experience run about 60 minutes before needing to charge. While no robovac I have tried can equal the suction power of a manual vacuum, the L11 Pro performed as well as any other robovac I have tried. Like some competitors, the L11 Pro can be configured to automatically increase suction if it senses carpet.The L11 Pro is relatively quiet which is appreciated. My cats hiss and run when I get out the manual vac. They ignore the L11 Pro. Some robovacs fairly frequently tap or bump into objects making unappreciated noise. The L11 Pro is very good at avoiding such behavior. It tends to race along and then drastically slow down a couple of inches from a wall or obstruction (i.e. table leg) and either avoid touching it or almost silently touch it and move on. The previous robovac I tried seemed to make a habit of crashing annoyingly into stuff.Upon completion, the L11 Pro will return to its base to recharge and automatically empty its onboard dustbin. Emptying takes about 15 seconds and is pretty loud. The base uses replaceable dust bags, but they are generously about 4 quarts (4 liters) in volume. While convenient, it is necessary to manually clean hair and/or fur from the roller bar perhaps often depending on the amount of hair or fur your floors collect. A cutter is provided to help with this cleaning.The controller software, Verefa Life (1.1.1), runs on iOS and Android and is pretty feature rich. The app is very responsive both in executing instructions and in mapping, unlike some other robovac apps that can be frustratingly slow to update. It is easy to configure the L11 Pro for operation and it can be configured to start and stop with Alexa and Google. The software shows a real-time map of the robovac's progress. "Do not cross/enter" lines or rectangles can be set to restrict the vac even while the robovac is running. The floor area can be subdivided or combined into rooms as finely as desired. The L11 Pro can vacuum by floor or by room(s). Rectangular zones can also be set to have the vac just do those areas. I have a new wool rug that is shedding a lot which means the onboard dustbin fills rapidly if the robovac vacuums that rug. I am hoping the software will be upgraded to allow the user to set a maximum run time before returning briefly to the base station to empty itself rather than just at the end of a vacuuming job. The software apparently does not store multiple maps or floors so I am hoping for an app upgrade in the future. The printed manual is better than many I have seen and is included within the app.Lastly, all was not roses. Initially, I discovered the L11 Pro was stopping with an error while vacuuming our low-pile living room rug. It did not like the increased drag on the roller brush and thought it was jammed. Contacting customer service by email was quick, friendly, and efficient. Miya strived to solve the problem by referring it to their engineering department which quickly issued a firmware upgrade to the vac and detailed instructions to make sure the roller brush assembly was operating properly. Upon upgrading the firmware and following their instructions, the L11 Pro has been trouble-free. I really appreciate a company that takes customer service seriously! Verefa has a winner with this robovac and their service!Update: A recent firmware upgrade resulted in the Verefa Life control app's Wifi connection to the L11 Pro becoming unstable and tending to crash Verefa Life. An email to Verefa support was quickly answered and in two days they issued a new firmware fix and update to the app - Problem Solved! I am very impressed with the customer support. I wish more companies were this responsive.

Sounds a little whiney + a star for excellent customer service.
I've never had a roomba but I imagine you can't hear the motors whining and maybe struggling on shaggy carpet. This one does. Otherwise I love the power/suction. And, the way it maps out the house is so cool. It hardly ever gets stuck anywhere. It did run over a pile of dog stuff so there is that. It still stinks when it empies into the bin even though I cleaned it with alcohol thoroughly. Then it already needs a new bag? I'm not sure this is the best... It seems to do a good job, I just don't think it will have longevity.

Solid performance and easy to get started
We named ours Vera and she is performing much better than other robot vacuums we have had over the past few years. It can clean 1,500 sf easily on a fulll charge and actually cleans every inch of the area in a logical and consistent pattern. We can use the app to ask Vera to come clean a very specific area after we cut the boys hair or spill some bread crumbs on the floor while making meatloaf. Although we have not been able to unlock all of the features, the app works well and fits our needs.ConsWe cannot use the room feature because the map won't complete despite our best efforts, but the zone feature alone makes this product an easy choice over other vacuums in this price point. I have reached out to customer service and asked them to enhance the map feature to clearly highlight which areas need to be re-mapped and/or allow users to complete the map with a feature similar to the boundary drawing feature.All in all, this con does not make me want to question the 5 star rating given the time it has saved us, the other cleaning modes that adequately compensate for the issue we are having and the overall ease of use.

Eh, it's ok
This is my 3rd robot vacuum I bought. First 2 were eufy. After my last eufy bot dies, I thought I would try something new. Cons: this vacuum is LOUD. I'm used to hearing the vacuum run, but this one is as if I'm running the full size vacuum cleaner. Rough if you run it daily when you're home. It's thicker than my previous vacuums so will not go under my couch or cabinets. It is not small at all. PROS: Seems to have good suction, runs for a really long time.

The great reviews were not exaggerated!
I have cats and kittens inside plus I am having some renovations being done. This vacuum picked up all the litter and kibble that my critters put on the floor! It picked up hair, drywall dust a little particles! My cats like to watch it, I can watch the LiDAR working on my phone and tell were my cats are sitting and watch the vacuum! 🤣. I have already suggested this unit to friends.

What a time saver!
This robot vacuum has really taken a load off with pet hair. I have two cats, and a husky. I used to have endless hair tumbleweeds and collection areas on my hardwood floors. The vac has dramatically reduced all hair even in the areas where it can't reach, I've noticed less buildup. It has no problem mapping my house and making its way around my chair and table legs. I can see on the cleaning records where the vacuum has been, and how it gets better and more efficient as it learns. Despite weekly maintenance, about three months in, I got an error code for the roller brush module. I contacted the manufacturer, and sent them a video. They asked how I'd like to communicate, and we settled on text. They gave me a few things to try, and after not being able to resolve the issue, they sent me a brand new vacuum. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase, and am confident that even if I have an issue, the manufacturer will make it right. Great job Verifa on a good product, and good customer service.
