This is a fun item and good for raising a smile but it is made from inferior materials and is overpriced. It could have been so much better - a missed opportunity.

Much better quality and sound than I expected for the price. It is made from metal with a hard plastic handle. The ringer is large on a spring loaded stalk - it makes a great sound. It would be perfectly suitable for the Queen to summon her servants in Buckingham Palace. Brilliant

I made up a hamper for my father over Christmas. I included the usual Christmas goodies such as food and drink. My father is a huge tea drinker but it's very rare that he will make his own. He will usually have me or my sisters running round instead so I purchased this as a quirky gift as we all know what he's like.The bell is green with black writing which says 'ring for tea' on the front. It's a great quality bell and makes a great novelty gift. I've also seen these bells with other writing on but this one was most fitting.
