good value for money
my old one was a bit out of date, this one is great, it tells you straight away if you have a problem, and it shows you what is wrong.

Like it so far.
Instructions in tiny print/not so easy to understand. Installed batteries (Not included) and didn't appear to work. ready to send back as broken but realized one of the buttons is to trip your ring circuit. Reset and functioned fine, so far. Bought it for another property with plug issues. Plugs in my house, where first tested, is fine.

Very nice easy to read display and gives the basic information and also can trace live cables
The media could not be loaded. This is a nice compact unit the size of a UK plug, it feels sturdy and well made with a bit of weight. The screen is nice, clear and very easy to read. It shows the voltage and the basic correct wiring like crossed wires. It also a live wire NCV which you place near the socket or along the wall and it will sound as you get closer to the live wire. I have attached a video of this hopefully you can see.Where is fails for me is on two things the first is that to put batteries into it the entire unit needs to be unscrewed and the screw posts inside are plastic not metal so after a few times the plastic will fatigue and the screws may not hold it fully after that. Also once you open it you can see in the picture the front and the back there are three wires that are glued in place but again if you are not careful you could damage these wires whilst trying to put in batteries or replace them. I am in the habit of removing batteries from devices when not in use so this is will be a problem for me.The other problem is that it does not seem to be able to detect the ground issue. If you look at the picture of the AC11 & AC10 side, the AC11 (unit being reviewed) shows all ok however the AC10 says there is an open ground on the line. These are basic quick test devices and should be considered 100% accurate as the AC10 when I used an extension cable was saying there was no open ground when the extension was plugged into the same socket. It's a shame as I like the display of the AC11 over the AC10 but will only be keeping the AC11 which was about £10 on Prime day.
