Very pleased with this Tepro barbecue. Used for first time last weekend and performed very well with plenty of cooking area and good versatility for raising/lowering charcoal bed and door to move coals around. As with all barbecues they are a pain to clean, but that goes without saying but have therefore only rated 4* for that. It took some time to assemble - probably a couple of hours - but not too bad. Very pleased.

Very sturdy and quite easy to put together, looks wonderful. Cant wait too cook some delicious meals with it

This is a very attractive looking bbq and one of the reasons that I chose it over other models. Overall I do like the bbq, but there are a few issues that other reviewers have identified, that have also transpired with my experience.The bbq had a few damaged parts when I received it, but not enough to want to send it back to the manufacturer. One of the vent handles was broken, one of the metal vents was slightly bent and there was the odd dent and chip in various parts.The assembling took me a couple of hours, although I didn’t rush it. So no harm done there. I did get English instructions, which was good, although the pictures were very small for some of the intricate assembling, which was not so good. As with a couple of reviewers, the charcoal grate was angling slightly, but after twiddling with some of the nuts and bolts of the (pre-fixed) arms, I managed to get it pretty level.I put the bbq on to pre-fire, which showed just what a beast it is! It held together fine, although if there’s even a slight slant on the ground below, the lid doesn’t shut evenly.When I went to use it properly for the first time, all was going well until I wheeled the bbq into the garden to avoid the smoke from the charcoals getting into the house (I was using a chimney). Then all of a sudden the pit started to collapse as the leg became loose. Thankfully I managed to reattach the leg and screw it back tightly. If that had happened when the coals were actually in the pit, it could have been seriously dangerous!After that, the cooking went well. The pit is huge, so don’t underestimate the amount of charcoal you’ll need to fill it all, which is great for a large gathering. The grid in grid grill is excellent and the warming rack useful (although it can get in the way of items on the grill directly underneath it).All in all, as I said at the start, I do really like this bbq. It looks amazing and is big enough to cope with most demands. But the assembly needs looking at, because it needs to remain sturdier then it currently is. I would recommend it, but you will need to regularly maintain it.

The media could not be loaded.  Looks great and seems that will last :)Even we had some issues, I give 5 stars.Screws and small stuff were packed separately and named which was easy when assembling.Instructions manual was not so detailed and large enough 😀 to see it!Also the assembling video could be better!One of the two of the plastic legs of the grill was loose ,so either you had to glue it,or put only the bottom square parts.However, generally the grill seems nice and steady,cover is waterproof and we are-so far,so good- satisfied with our purchase 😀

I’ve always wanted a bbq, every time I smell it in summer, I pine for one. Having recently moved into a big enough pad, I immediately purchased one. Ripping the box open upon delivery I was ready to go “get some steaks, we’re barbecuing tonight!” I jovially chirped to my girlfriend.‘Hmm a lot of parts here.’ I thought opening the box, ‘but no worry I’m good at building things.’As soon as I read the front page of the instruction booklet and spotted a very obvious spelling error (save spelt SAVAE.) I began to worry, from that moment my day took a bigger nosedive than Tony Montana.The equipment was bent out of shape upon initial inspection but I must deliver these steaks I’d promised so I pressed on.Once I’d constructed the main body I encountered 4 legs only two of them labelled and the instructions are more of a guessing game, zero explanation, just very small non-detailed illustrations that require a magnifying glass.So it basically becomes a game of trial and error…Mostly error. I always used to laugh at poor Homer Simpson building his barbecue…But he must have purchased this one and I felt a strong empathy for the lad.Accompanying the many spelling mistakes are actual incorrect instructions “D1 screw in 3J.” Then after 35 minutes of scrabbling around, screwing/unscrewing my ever improving deciphering skills determined it wasn’t any of what the instructions were informing me.“It’s nearly 8 and getting dark, but I promised steaks.”Two of the legs were incorrect preventing me from attaching the table on the side and numerous other parts were missing.I eventually got the thing up going rouge and ignoring the instructions, various screws didn’t fit etc I just botched the thing together, it looks good but really I know it’s like latter Michael Jackson.I look at it from my window through narrowed eyes, feeling it’s contempt. I always wanted a bbq……But careful what you wish for.Those steaks never did get cooked and maybe one day they will and the whole thing will moonwalk down the garden and fall apart.I can’t stress enough how bad these instructions are and I tip my hat to any person that has fully constructed this abomination.

Good packing and very easy to install. All parts are well fitted. I highly recommend this product.

Die zwei Ebenen sind perfekt in unserem Grill wird nicht nur gegrill sondern auch geräuchert. Die Luftzufuhr ist regelbar, die Qualität ist in Ordnung. Die Rollen sind definitiv praktisch. Das Thermometer ist leider schnell kaputt gegangen, da Feuchtigkeit eingedrungen ist. Die Plane ist sehr praktisch, jedoch bildet sich irgendwann doch mal Schimmel darunter. Ich würde den Grill immer wieder nehmen. Die Größe ist einfach ein Muss. Kleinere Grills sind mittlerweile wirklich immer zu klein.
