Love this stuff and I have lost weight on it by replacing one meal with one shake. It also tastes good. Wished it was less expensive.

I purchased this product over 1 week ago, however this product is the bomb. I am so happy that I tried it. My first day 2/10/24, Day one as I'm drinking this product. I am going to seasons. I am having a menopause flash. You know when your seasons are crossing and didn't ask your permission or input. Yes, that one!!!! As I'm drinking I noticed the pushing down and tingling feeling I was having. This product is so good not grit, no after-taste at all. I bought the Matcha flavor. I am super impressed. Not only did it push that hotflash back to the pit if uncomfortable hell it came from, it also allowed me get a full night's rest. I can only speak of what it did for me on day 1. My stomach feels better settled. I didn't flash at all today. Menopause is tricky but when you replenish nutrients that's a plus. I also did not wake up several times in the night. I'm excited about this product. I will up date again in a few weeks.

The pictures show it being used with water, but trust me, just use milk. It has a good flavor but with water it really clumps up more than it disolves and it just tastes like watery powder. The flavor really gets nuked. Once I used almond milk it started to taste very close to a starbucks/dunkin quality. Its like a solid 8/10 or maybe a 9/10. Its more of a “zip” matcha with a hint of the tea bite to it just a tad. It does also have the protein powder taste mixed in, but its really not bad. It is tough to hand mix, I definitely recommend a blender/bullet. Even in a protein shaker it does not get all the clumps and they settle if you don’t drink quickly. With a blender and some milk this is pretty solid. Not life changing but a good pick.

This shake is delicious and I look forward to drinking it every morning. I do recommend making it the night before because then it gets super creamy almost like a milkshake.

Tastes good for a powdered shake. I'd say it's worth the money for all the nutritional value it has. So far I've tried the Matcha flavor and it reminds me of a matcha latte. Very earthy and slightly sweet, if you like matcha this one's tasty. It doesn't have any wierd after taste or artificial sweetener flavor which is the biggest in my book. I bought this product with the hopes of losing weight by replacing lunch with a healthy shake. And if I remember I'll update this review after I finish the bag. For those complaining about the cost, I figure it's worth it, you get 15 servings for about $70. If you're replacing a meal, do the math and it's less than $5 a shake.

Wasn't what I expected. Good protein content, but not a great flavor

I am very impressed with this product. I tried using two scoops, but it was too much for me to drink so I only use one scoop with almond milk and a frozen banana. I purchased the Matcha and now I see they have a new improved Matcha so I will try it once I finish this one. I love all the fiber and the great ingredients. I used to purchase a Matcha latte from Starbucks, but their Matcha is pre-sweented and you are not getting the ceremonial grade of matcha. So after spending $7 at Starbucks for a Vente Matcha, this is a pretty good deal and much healthier for you.

I actually love this stuff. Yes it’s expensive. The ingredients are excellent, the taste so far is delicious (matcha, chocolate, vanilla) and it mixes easily with a quick blend. I found I need a blender to mix it well enough. I didn’t find it gritty. I add a little ice to make it colder. Stirring doesn’t blend it. A shaker cup perhaps would work ok. However I am so UPSET they don’t offer INDIVIDUAL PACKETS as an option!! WTH!?? I want/need these to travel with. Would help me start the day off healthy, help immunity and weight maintenance. Easy on the stomach, easy to pack, take a shaker cup and you’d be set. They could even advertise this as an extra benefit! Hell - sell a shaker cup made just for it!! More money for the company to make and cheap advertising on the cup. IMO it’s not clear on their labeling that the large bags are all powder and NOT individually packaged. I even ordered again on their website as they had a variety pack I thought was individually wrapped! NOPE I’ve now spent like $250 on junk I can’t use. I travel a lot and need these specifically for that. I am so angry I could scream. Bring the price down a some AND offer individual packets!!!!!
