Magnesium is deficient in our Western diet so supplementing it with liquid mag is helpful. There are better and finer magnesium’s than this one, but they’re also 2-3 times the price. It works - ie helps anxiety, muscle twitches and spasms so presumably it’s also helping the heart and digestive system too since they’re mainly muscle. All magnesium tastes bad, and I’ve tasted many, so add it to a glass of water with some orange juice or similar if you want to mask the taste. Otherwise, the recommended dose it barely noticeable in a pint of water - you could add some mint leaves or a squeeze of lemon. But it does work well. And it’s very reasonably priced though I use Remag which I find easier on my stomach and give this to my husband who’s fine with it. He sleeps better and doesn’t get night leg cramps or a twitchy eyelid any more. It’s supposed to help with high blood pressure and if it relaxes you, then I’m sure it does .

I've ordered this liquid ionic magnesium a few times now as it seems to be more effective than tablets. I mix it with orange juice as the taste is horrid and pure orange juice is perfect for disguising said taste. I take magnesium to help with muscular pain and as those of us with Fibromyalgia are often low in magnesium which causes a vicious cycle of muscle pain. I will stick to buying this brand now as it's good value and effective.

Tastes fine when mixed with plenty of water (I use an 800ml bottle), so I can sip it through the day. I had some disagreement from my stomach when I first started taking it, even at a low dose of 2.5ml (equating to 100mg magnesium), but this wore off after 3-4 days, and was aided greatly by dlituting it much more than I did to start with. The effects of taking magnesium in this liquid ionic form took a fortnight of daily use for me to notice them; I've experienced consistently better sleep, less general aches and pains, and I feel more relaxed and calmer too, so for me, it has been entirely positive, and I'll definitely continue to use it long term.

A friend recommended this Liquid Magnesium to me when all conventional methods had failed & I was in continual pain with stomach problems. Within a few days of taking this product, the pain eased & eventually disappeared Absolutely amazing! I still take it regularly as it has done so much good & solved a very painful problem. Cant recommend it highly enough if you suffer with tummy problems or IBS. Has done wonders for me.

I've just finished the bottle, unfortunately this hasn't worked for me. I was hoping it would help with aching muscles and fatigue but haven't noticed any improvements. On the plus side no upset stomach from taking this, the taste though is pretty horrendous. I also tried taking it later in the evening to help with sleep, i don't recommend taking it on an empty stomach as it gave me burning sensations in my stomach and made me retch. Not everything works for everyone, i will try a different form of magnesium and see how that goes.

After suffering muscle tightness and excruciating tendon pain for some years, I found that magnesium supplements helped to reduce the pain, but this would be just noticeable relief after some days of regular capsules and Epsom salt soaks. I took the plunge and ordered this ionic magnesium. After just 20 minutes of my first dose, I experienced quite a large reduction of pain and tightness.

I take this at night and it helps to stop restless legs. Works quickly and effectively. Good value in this size.

this has definitely helped my insomnia, as i feel less twitchcy, and havent suffered from night cramps since taking it.Also seems to have helped with the pain of arthritus. only been taking it for two weeks, so will see
