This makes it so easy to roast garlic! It's heavy and solid. We've never roasted garlic before and this made it soooo easy!

Love my little cast iron roaster.
This is just the cutest little pot. Great for roasting garlic. I grew up using cast iron. My set came from my great grandmother. This little roaster fits right in with my cast iron collection. A great choice!

Garlic Roaster
This is a decent, small garlic roaster. It’s thick and feels and appears to be sturdy like it will last a long time. Unfortunately, it arrived with some chips & dents around the top lip of the bottom piece that will require some intensive curing to ensure that it won’t develop rust. After those spots have been well-cured, I believe the garlic roaster will perform well for a long time.

Amazing Product
Have you ever walked through a supermarket and seen garlic for sale and been tempted? I know I have but every time I give in and buy some, I am repulsed as I bite through its papery skin. Everyone raves about how delicious it is but I have never been able to fully enjoy garlic, until now... This spectacular product has allowed a portal into the wonderful world that is garlic. You just throw the garlic into this magical little cooker, toss that bad boy in the oven, and just like that, a soft, warm, beautiful piece of garlic just falls out of that nasty, natural wrapper, all ready to eat. 10/5 stars, would recommend to a friend, would even recommend to an enemy because everybody deserve to taste this little slice of heaven. Picasso, I like it!

Love it!
This is exactly what I wanted to burn herbs in. This is real cast iron and well made. It arrived quick and well packaged. I am very happy with it!

Sturdy cast iron garlic roaster for grill or oven.
The first garlic roaster I received was broken and missing a part. Returned. I reordered and the second one was in perfect shape. Yay! Bought for my son who’s an excellent griller.
