Great mechanical lever set
It’s pretty straight forward install as long as you go step by step. I’ve installed several of these. They stand up to a lot of abuse. Even when a tweaker with a hammer. The lever set was destroyed but it stayed locked.

A way to set code on a new lock.
Second Lock, first one lasted around 15 years. Could not get this new one to change the code. Took off door and was ready to send back. Decided to try one more time off the door. When it was time to turn the combination change sleeve I tried to turn it and then wiggled it a little and then it turned more and I felt a click. Then went ahead and changed the combination. From that I would suggest setting the combination before installing on door. Do recommend the lock.

Item defective and I was 2 days post return window and they would not allow a return
Do NOT purchase from this seller. I could not get my contractor in to replace my door handle and when he was able to come and change it out the product was defective and did not work. He tried his best to get it to work correctly to no avail (spent FOUR hours of his time!!). I tried to return it and it was TWO DAYS past the 30 day window (again this product is defective and broken and NO GOOD!) and I went back and forth with the seller and they would not exchange the product for me. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
