Extremely Versatile and Sturdy Home Gym โ A True All-in-One Workout Solution
The SincMill Home Gym is a versatile and sturdy piece of equipment that has quickly become the centerpiece of my home workouts. Itโs impressive how many exercises I can do with it โ Iโve been able to replace most of my gym equipment without sacrificing workout quality. The frame feels solid and well-built, and the various attachments Iโve purchased all work perfectly with the setup. At six feet tall, I do wish the unit were about a foot taller for a bit more range on certain exercises, but itโs not a dealbreaker โ Iโve found ways to work around it. Overall, this is a high-quality, all-around home gym solution that delivers excellent value and performance. Pros: - Very versatile โ supports a wide range of exercises - Sturdy, durable construction - Attachments work seamlessly - Effectively replaces most gym equipment Cons: - Could be a bit taller for taller users Summary: Strongly recommend this product for anyone looking to build a comprehensive home gym

Medium range. Don't mix up the weights in step 3.
I like it. It took me about 5-6 hours to assemble. I'm mechanically inclined. The video assembly instructions are simple to follow and detailed with 3D diagrams. The parts in the box are not numbered so you need basic cognitive skills to match parts to pictures. Follow the hardware in order of the steps. Cardboard #1 comes with the hardware for all the first steps, cardboard #2 for the next set. etc. I put one weight on upside down because I wasn't paying attention and had to disassemble some things at the very end to flip it over. That was no fun. So definitely pay attention at every step. Make sure the cables are routed properly. It seems like you skip over a step or two, but that is for a reason... they come up later in the assembly. My only complaints are that the range of motion is a bit low. I'm 5'10" and can't get that last bit of push in a few of the exercises, like the butterfly, even with the back seat all the way forward, I wish the bars went back a little further. A couple other motion range issues. I think if you're over 6' or have long arms this might not be for you. Second complaint is the cable/roller system is a tiny bit noisy. I will probably add some light lithium cable grease where they contact the rollers (of which there are many). Other than that I like this machine. It's versatile and you can make up your own exercises on it. My wife is getting the hang of it too, but she wishes there was a good leg squeeze exercise for the inner thighs. I guess you can't have everything for this price. For the $600 I'm happy. Well engineered, well thought out, and relatively easy to assemble if you have kinesthetic intelligence.

Time well spent
I received all 4 boxes at the same time. They are about 80 lbs each. There are a lot of parts to set up. This took me 8 hours to unbox and set completely up, however I did a meticulous parts check which took about an hour or so to make sure everything was here and it was. The paper directions were great and detailed all the way until you arrive at the pulley assembly part, then that is when I watched their instruction video which was even easier than the paper instructions. After I was all done the top pulley worked great, the flys were great but the rowing part was hindered. I gave about twenty pulls or so and it appears the cable started wearing so I knew something was off. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to assembly which is why it took me so long. However I FOUND THE PROBLEM. The long cable on the bottom when it is first being inserted thru the hole that is "U" shaped has a tiny metal bar in it. I had routed the cable under that bar by mistake, it needs to go above that bar. After I fixed that there were no more wearing issues and everything fit together as it should. Nice solid machine. I have on carpet upstairs and it does not move. I am very impressed with this home gym. I set this up by myself with no help and an ample amount of space to lay out the parts. I am under 6' and in my early fifties and it fits me just right. I don't plan on becoming Hercules just keeping myself fit and in shape. Yes, it takes time to set up but is time well spent. Additional note: When I ordered this the seller sent me a message to let me know that there will be 4 boxes coming all together, but they can only use 1 tracking number so some boxes may come a few days later, I got lucky because they all arrived at once. I thought that was very nice to give me a heads up.

Great machine for the price
I bought this machine back in January of 2024, decided to wait a while before doing a review to make a rational decision based on performance. To start, I am 5'9" 187 lbs and the only semi problem I have is using the leg press. My knees have to go to my chest just about to be able to get into position. I could easily see someone that's 6' and taller having problems with the leg press in particular. Aside from the leg press, it seems as though the actual weight is heavier than the true weight. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the pulley system just not being as well made. For reference, I rep tricep pushdowns at 70 lb and it feels tough, however at a physical therapy office, I can do 120 on their machine and it feels very different and much smoother. It could be worse, could feel lighter than what it says. I've used this machine daily for the last 8 months and the only flaw I've had was the cable connecting to the top of the weights had come undone and unthreaded itself. I thought it snapped but it was easy to reinstall. Lastly, I've noticed if you're using a lower weight, say about 20 lbs, and you pull too high, the weights tend to get stuck at an angle and require you to pull a bit more and break them free. I've never had this problem over 20 lbs though. Not too much of a concern for me but I could see it being annoying for people using lesser weight more frequently. No other issues have come about, this machine is sturdy and resilient. Using it daily, I never have any problems. It's my go-to for chest and arm days and the quad raises are fantastic on it with adjustable heights on the seat and the back rest. If you're gonna build this alone, definitely give yourself a few hours to do so and I can't stress it enough, watch the YouTube video for a step by step painless process. It has the green components in the video, that's how you know it's the right one. About 6 and a half minutes long give or take. I finished building this in about 3 hours in total and it wasn't nearly as painful as I thought it was going to be. All in all, would definitely recommend this product!

Great home gym
Takes time to assemble, but instructions are clear. Was able to assemble with one person but two would have been nice. If very good quality. All features work perfectly, though I did buy a different pull bar to fit my hands better. Over all I really enjoy working out on this machine. It fits perfectly in my master bedroom without getting in the way.

Don't Buy it for the Leg Press
I want to give this a 5 star, but I cannot because I cannot use the leg press apparatus, and that is the main reason I bought it. The leg press is too close to the seat. I cannot even get my legs up onto the leg press without my husband's help. Let's not even start on the fact that your knees are bent all the way to your face to start. The pictures make this look further away, but after watching the video, the person seems to be very flexible. Lol. The machine is more tailored to work your arms, which is the other reason I bought it, so that is good. Putting it together was "fun". As others said, you should set out all parts you need for each step a-z before you start that step. It really makes it easier to just go with the momentum of putting it together. I found the pulleys to be the most difficult to understand with the written directions, so I had to go the video. Unfortunately, the video is without sound and is a big fast, and every time I tried to rewind it, it took me back to the beginning. I had to play with it it get it close to where I needed to be. We actually put this together over a few weekends instead of all in one sitting. That worked best for us. Right now we have an issue with the pole in between the weights coming all the way out and slanting, so it does not go back in and whatever we are working on gets stuck in the up position. I think we have to adjust the pole (sorry I am not sure what it is called off hand). And this only happens if we lift it way far up. Overall, I would recommend for the price with the discount.
