IF YOU SUFFER WITH LOOSE IBS, BUY THIS!
Okay so I don't want to get graphic but I've suffered with IBS for years now. I know what triggers a bad case so I avoid certain foods. But, it doesn't mean I don't suffer day to day with mild to chronic symptoms including loose and urgent bowel movements. Great, so I'll leave that there as I'm sure you'll be pleased about.So! I was recommended this product by the nurse that carried out my colonic. I figured I'll give it a try. I've been using it for a number of months now and it COMPLETELY CHANGED MY LIFE. I became more regular, less pain, less anxiety and can allow a variety of foods in my diet. Whatever it does, it works. Sometimes I forget to take them or I run out before ordering more and the difference is huge. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS IF YOU SUFFER LIKE ME. I don't write reviews for things generally, but I wanted to give my view on this product because it's amazing that it actually works. I've gone from thinking "why me" to being able to live my life and not live in fear of being too far from a toilet.

After looking around for a good probiotic, these seemed good value for the strength and based on other reviews they looked like the genuine article. I will definitely be ordering again, they have helped my digestive issues considerably, I would highly recommend these based on my experience.

Energised and regular!
I am feeling so much more energised since taking these. In the past I have suffered between bouts of constipation and looseness, but am now so much more regular - they seem to keep my digestion moving properly and provide me with a satisfying daily bowel movement.The bloating and cramps have also all but disappeared..Also, the excellent customer service helped me when the first bottle I received had a problem with the seal - the item was replaced the next day. It's a 100% recommendation from me.

Grow your own!
I got this year's ago it did nothing! Do your research get a capsule and grow your own probiotics. Your body won't benifit as it just digests the frozen probiotics before they can even do anything

Amazing results
These are brilliant. Having suffered with IBS for some years thought I would give these ago as along term solution as opposed to Colpermin which is a quick fix but doesn't really get rid of the problem completely. Have only been taking these probiotics for just over a week but already noticing a massive difference. Bloatiness has gone as has the gases. I feel like I have so much more energy. No more cramps or pains. Long may it continue.

Highly recommended!
Both my partner and I have found taking this beneficial. It has really helped settle my partners gut and tame his IBS. It's now part of our daily supplement. I find it also helps get rid of morning breath, so all good!
