Really nice flavour, does the job! Good pump and focus!

Great supplement, take 15 minutes before a workout to give yourself a little boost. The Energy Flavour tastes like a well known energy drink (RB). If you double dose you’ll get pins and needles for twenty minutes.

This is a pretty good pre-workout however if you are sensitive to caffeine then this may not be for you, if definitely makes me feel itchy but it works really well, I can go further in my workouts. The taste is very sour but if you chug it down its not so bad

Really helps with training and provides the stimulation needed to hit a heavy work out.Doesn’t give off the tingling feeling when used but certainly feel its support in the gym.I take it as instructed on the pack.I have tried a number of different flavours and there hasn’t been any I haven’t liked yet

Definitely kicks in after 30 mins or so. Was itchy after I first started taking it and had some rashes on my arms but got used to it and was fine afterwards

I've had blue razz, strawberry mojito, tropical and now twirled and every flavour is so good!. Great buzz from this pre work out and reasonably priced. Probably the one of the best pre work outs out there.

This is some pretty lethal stuff. I'm what you could call a bit of a stim head and 1 full scoop I think is enough.. I could have gone to 1.5 I think but the shakes from the caffeine would be too much whilst working out. I'm not sure which active ingredient causes this but this stuff makes you de focus all around you and go into tunnel vision whilst on sets. I wasn't sure I liked that feeling too much but I definitely felt like I had more to give than normal during volume training. A couple of points to note... This preworkout takes a long time to reach its peak.. with me it took about an hour and as I was beginning to warm down I really noticed it was actually the best time to train on it. Shame it kicked in so late. I think it's because I drank it slowly over about 45 minutes rather than downing all at once. There is a definite crash on this stuff. It's pretty severe. You do want bed after. Also... I noted some stomach acidity and a bit of feeling sick... which I know a lot of people have on this stuff. I think for that reason it is better diluted. Tastes like absolute balls. Anyone that says this stuff tastes nice are insane. It's nowhere close to nice. Anything from USN tastes better. There us a bitter chamicsk taste and then eventually a long aftertaste. You will need to brush your teeth. However... there is one main factor or reason for why I like this and I'm gonna keep buying it.. It's pump. Man... do you get some crazy ass gorilla type beast mode pump on this stuff. Literally... it is visible.

The preworkout starts showing effects after 15 minutes, if you take too much then your skins starts itching. I felt like I could lift a horse, but it started to wear out after an hour.Stay hydrated when taking it to avoid cramps. Taste is very nice and sour

Bisher mein bestes Pre Workout!Ich hatte davor öfter die ESN-Booster, alle Geschmäcker. Die waren auch nicht schlecht, aber das von ABE ist nochmal eine Nummer besser.Das Erfrischungsgefühl ist vergleichbar, wie wenn man einen scharfen Minzkaugummi kaut und dann kaltes Wasser trinkt. Macht mich persönlich auch nochmal wacher und gibt mir den Fokus fürs Training.Creatine ist auch noch mit drin, falls man mal vergessen sollte, seine Tagesration zu nehmen.

If they'd like double the amount of caffeine it would be perfect haha
