Killer product. Well designed, does exactly what it is designed to do, and works well with my Anova Nano 2.o cooker as well. Really happy with it and excited to use it more. I had issues with keeping sous vide bath warm enough in my large home pot, especially when cooking vegetables at a higher temp. I often needed to wrap everything with tin foil to try and isolate it enough to raise the temp. The silicone sleeve on this container is a game changer for higher-temp sous vide needs, and folds and stores easily inside when I throw it in my butler pantry.

Real glad I sprung for this because it makes all sous vide cooking so easy. It's a good size to fit larger items but not so large that it's a pain to store. The insulating sleeve also keeps the temperature well regulated and you can place it anywhere without worrying.
