These are very well made and quite comfortable, even for someone who avoids closed-heel shoes. I have wide feet, and I ordered my usual closed-heel size 8.5W, but they were too big - kept coming off my feet as I walked. So I returned them and ordered an 8W, and although they are still a bit big in length, I'm afraid to downsize because width decreases with size, and they are snug. Love the tweed fabric; it's really difficult to find gray shoes in wide, so I'm happy to have found them!

I expected to commute (walking) to and from work in these and wear them at work as well but they are very stiff and hard at the back causing constant rubbing at my Achilles which hurts after more than a 5 minute walk. Rest of the shoes feels comfortable so if you only plan to wear these inside of an office, they're fine. Not adequate for my needs though.

Returning these bc they are too small and they don’t have the size I need. Cute shoe and the soles are very comfy. I usually wear 9.5 wide or 10 normal. 9.5 wide was too small. The wide doesn’t look wide at all.

Ordered a wide and it’s still snug in the toes. These are so comfy other than that though, really cute and go with everything.

I love these shoes! I have had many complements as well. I normally wear size 7.5 or 8. I ordered a 7.5 wide and they fit perfect (I do always wear an extra cushioned insole - they may be a little loose otherwise). They are super comfortable. Not much negative to write about.
