It's not good.hardened cakes of coffee in each sachet

Coffee powder is no more powder..it's single mass
The product supposed to be coffee sachet powder was completely solidified and had contacted the customer service they said will call back regarding it and none called up. I had even put feedback with photos. Now I don't see any when I checked. Is it deliberate delete or masking by the customer care to protect the seller. Corruption everywhere even in Amazon.

Great for a Quick Fix, But Misses the Depth
This is a very convenient option for travel or those really busy mornings. The sachets are super handy and it dissolves instantly. The flavor is good, definitely better than a lot of other instant coffees I've tried—it's smooth and not too acidic. My only reason for dropping a star is that it doesn't have the rich, deep aroma and flavor complexity of freshly brewed coffee. It's an instant coffee, so that's expected, but worth noting. If you need speed and a decent kick, this is a winner.

Has a fruity flavour even though there's no added flavour as per the label.
It's got a different taste from the regular instant coffee taste that I'm used to ( like Bru, Nescafe, Levista, Tata etc.). It's as if some fruity flavour is added, but I checked and found that there's no added flavour. I tried the hot version and each time I'm trying to figure out the taste and I finished the cup of coffee!. Maybe it's better as cold coffee.

Amazing coffee
I've been having bevzilla coffee for 2 years now and I have recommended it to a lot of my friends as well

Bad Quality Control
I ordered from them before when they were new, and I liked the taste and aroma of the coffee, so I ordered more. But now, as they are getting older as a company, quality control is going down. I ordered a box of 96 sachets, and what I received, all NINETY SIX sachets of it, is not coffee powder, but rock hard coagulated coffee. No care taken to make the packets air tight, as a result moisture has spoiled the coffee powder inside. They were good in the beginning but now their quality is gone down. On the other hand, while a little bit more expensive (not by much, Bevzilla is Rs.169 per 100gm, while they are Rs.196 per 100gms), Colombian Brew has much better quality control. I have ordered from them for years before I decided to give Bevzilla a try. Never again. Worst experience, Untrustworthy brand.
