I was open minded about trying these supports, I used to use a compression sleeve when I first started running which I stopped using when I felt I didn't need it anymore. Whilst training for a half marathon I started getting pain in my knee around 9 miles in and after reading the reviews I thought I'd give these a try.Being a twin pack is helpful so I have one to use whilst the other one is in the laundry. They are very well made and entirely adjustable so you can get a really good fit.The first time I used it I hadn't got the velcro fastened properly so it scratched a bit, a quick adjustment and all was well again.This has impressed me a lot with the quality for the price, I've recommended these to others with knee issues too.

Great support and overall flexibility of movement. It is so comfortable that I often forget that I have it on. The other great feature is that is light. It is good for the meniscus.

To some extent it can protect my knee when I play badminton. Supportive and comfortable wearing it.

I bought this item not really being confident that it would work however from the moment I put it on I was able to walk downstairs without discomfort and stand for long periods. Highly recommended.

This pair of neoprene type knee supports have 2 gel pads either side and adjustable velcro straps. I like that the straps can be tightened for slime knees and that the velcro stays secure even during bending. My job involve lots of walking up and down stairs so my knees require some support. These straps were ok for light support of the ligaments but, these straps are bulky and need to be worn under loose-legged trousers. I found they need to be tightened a lot to stay in position and not slip down if used for support above the knee. They are uncomfortable when bending. They can be hand washing and line dried.

Not sure what I'm missing but I couldn't get these to be comfortable. Either digging into the underneath of my kneecap, or really hurting the tendons in the backs of my knees. No idea what I'm doing wrong but these are really not for me.
