I needed some undershelf lighting and decided to give these a try. I'll preface by saying that I am not mechanically/technologically inclined at all. These lights are super easy. Pop the panel on one end, slide in the batteries (the guide is printed on the light), and flip the switch to choose which mode you prefer. There's yellow (warm), bright white, and two dimmer settings for each. You can set this on motion activated, remote activated, or just to stay on with the switch on the light. Which is great, because if the remote is lost, you can still operate these lights easily. There's also a power button on the front of the light itself, so it can be turned on with a touch at any time. They put off an excellent amount of light for their small size, and in a spread. My shelves are pretty deep and the light goes all the way to the back. At first the shelf didn't seem well lit, so I turned the light around. With the covered part toward the outside of the shelf, all the light was directed inside, and it was very bright. The lights secure with 3m tape. They are a bit heavy, but my husband says that the tape will hold them up just fine. Will update later if needed. So far, these have been an excellent addition to my office and a great help in me being able to see back into deep cabinets with ease. Which means much better organization and productivity, since I can find everything in a glance now! Considering buying more for under the bathroom counters and potentially under the console table in the front entry. I think that these would also work well for under a bedframe, since they are motion activated.

These under cabinet lights are easy to install, recharge and use. They have a great aesthetic and it certainly adds a great look to our open below cabinet spaces. The options for warm or colder lights is great as well as the brightness options are an obvious plus. This may be due to our kitchen size or angle, but the remote does not work consistently for all four at once. Ideally, we wanted to click the remote and turn them all on and off simultaneously. We find ourselves clicking and pointing at individual lights to make this work. If you have a great angle or layout in range, you may not run into this issue. These are great for illuminating areas, and the motion sensor works great if you’re looking for that option. We were looking to use them remotely to turn them all on for short periods of time at night or when low light is best. It certainly accomplishes that with the compromise we may have to press the remote a few times. If this was not an issue, this would certainly be a 5 star item. Overall, it is a great product and solution for under cabinet lights or in areas you’d like to light up quickly.

I had all but given up on battery operated lights for under my cabinets. The rechargeable ones (two different sets) were awful in that they turned off way to quickly and needed to be recharged far too often. The battery operated ones (one set) had the same issue with turning off too soon and seemed to be really unreliable in terms of when they turned on. Ambient light had too big a part in figuring out when they should light. But these - THESE - seem to do everything I want. First of all they are battery powered so fast discharging rechargeable cells are out of the picture. While I can have these set to react to movement I have chosen to just set them to react to the remote control that I keep in a convenient place in the kitchen. Not only does the remote allow me to choose between warm and cool light colors but it lets me set the amount of time the lights take before they turn themselves off. There is nothing more maddening than having the lights go out while you're chopping an onion or slicing carrots. I can set this for an amount of time that won't leave me in the dark all the way up to 60 minutes. If you've been frustrated with lights like these in the past you just might want to give these a try. I'm seriously considering a second set to add light to the rest of the cabinets. They're that good.

These lights stick well to cabinets but they do have flaws. Each light requires 4 batteries, which I know is advertised, but these run through batteries incredibly quickly. I wanted these for their motion sensing capabilities and with that they work as advertised. I have no complaints there. But I have realized that the remote mode can be a little finicky and not work at times if you want that mode. Overall, I don't know that I'd buy these again, solely because of how many batteries are needed.

These under cabinet lights arrived quickly after ordering. After I removed them from the packaging, I must say, I'm impressed by these lights. My summary takeaways are noted below. Pros: 1) Surprisingly well built. Housing is clearly metal and quite heavy for what is being accomplished here. 2) Battery installation is super easy with the hasp provided 3) Operation is simple and feature packed. 4) I intend to use these in closets where I don't have lights. These should work great in my use case. I can think of a myriad of places where these lights can come in handy. 5) Remote control seems to work great. Cons: 1) Although metal is awesome for construction, I do question a bit the weight for under counter adhesion and longevity (only time will tell here) 2) Remote control is much louder in operation that I'd anticipate. All in all, these lights pack a lot into a small package. I highly recommend.

These were a little tricky to get the settings right but once I did I really do like them. I just wish they were a bit brighter and I also wish they didn’t drain batteries so fast. So you’ll probably want to invest in rechargeable batteries for these. Otherwise they’re cute and good value for renters who can’t make permanent electrical upgrades/changes.

These are great lights. They can go anywhere. They have a sticky strip tostada attaches to wherever you want to place it. The light has a magnet built in that attaches to the back of the sticky strip. That way you can remove it to replace the batteries without removing the sticky strip. I put one of them in my little living room cabinet. I’ve always wished it was lighted and now it is! You can change it from warm white to cool white with the remote. There is also several timer options. I plan on putting the other three lights in my closet for extra lighting!

Love these light, just wish they were rechargeable or used one big battery like a 9volt or something! There are entirely too many lights in this set to keep buying that many batteries as I don’t anticipate the batteries will last long. Took 2 stars for this because I have 3 other sets of these lights that are all chargeable which makes it much easier and cheaper to use.
