NaCl 0.9% Sodium Chloride (Saline) For Irrigation. One Litre (1000ml).

The product itself might be fine, but the bottle design is a complete failure. The spout is sealed to the bottle, so I had to cut the plastic just to open it. The blue cap is useless because once it’s cut, it can’t be closed again, so I have to cover it with plastic wrap instead. Very poor design — it completely ruins the practicality and safety of the product. The photos say it all.

This is a very cheap source of a lot of non-sterile 0.9% isotonic saline. I don't know why you want non-sterile 0.9% isotonic saline. Ezra Pound's rejection letter to Hart Crane: "It is all very egg. There is perhaps better egg. But you haven't the ghost of a setting hen or an incubator about you." The screwcap isn't watertight, nevermind airtight. When you hold it, tell yourself: this is full of bacteria. Then decide whether you want that bacteria in your nose, your lungs. Your veins. I didn't. My inexpensive mistake. Buy the ones that come in ampoules.

Seen many reviews of people cutting the lid as there are no instructions. You just keep screwing the blue part on till you hear crack, then the top plastic part becomes part of the blue lid and it screws on and off. As too can see from the video though, it still doesn’t seal at all. Very irritating and feels like a waste of money

I bought this to use with a nebulizer. I couldn't work out how to open the bottle as it appeared to be completely sealed as one and the extra cap had no purpose. So I had to stab a hole in the bottle which is probably not is meant to happen!!!!

The issue is the bottle container. No where in the description does it say that the bottle cannot be closed. Unless you will use 900ml of saline in one go, the remainder will no longer be sterile. I didn't know this until purchase and the seller doesn't accept refunds. Buyer BE WARNED

Product worked as intended but when it came to closing the cap it still leaked everywhere even when it was fully tightened stay away

I have been buying these for a long time. At some point I was able to buy 6 litres for £22. Now it’s almost £15/l As comparison, in Spain I just bought a litre of this at the pharmacy for 2.6€

The bottle arrived without blue cap/lid so cannot close it again once the inner plastic seal is opened. It was not packaged in a bag as seen in other reviewers picture so possibly previously returned. Don't want the hassle of having to return and re order when it's needed.
