I purchased this for my sister who wanted nothing for her birthday claiming “ I don’t need a thing, I have to much stuff as it is” Well , when she opened this gift she was elated, surprised and overjoyed at the cuteness of something so trivial yet practical. All I can say is that it was a hit.

I love this little witch. Although it didn't work for me as a spoon holder, I use it on the top of my iMac to hold a pen. Should have bought when I first saw it because the price went up. Expensive for a pen holder but it is so cute!

Bjorn is not cheap which is why I minused a star, but when I bought him he was the cheapest of the prototype lid holders and thought my brother would get a kick out of the vikingI don’t do well with spoon rest in my small kitchen and was looking for something like this. I was concerned he wouldn’t be able to hold the utensils I cook with but as you can see from the pictures he does alright. I don’t have any extra heavy utensils, those would probably not work But for how I cook and what I used to cook (flat, round, flat shaft with a round handle and chopsticks. Bjorn did just fine. Great stocking stuffer.

This little guy is hilarious but, unfortunately, not terribly practical. If you entertain as you cook this is a nice conversation piece. If you’re just trying to get in and get out of the kitchen, you probably will never use it. But he’s very cute!

This spoon rest is just FUN. It looks like the ocean waves, a small boat is out to sea, and there's your spoon rest making sure your kitchen counter doesn't get dirty. I really like that it can be used for multiple kitchen tools as opposed to the standard one-spoon spoon rest. Very helpful and usable!

Didn't hold my pot lid well unless I wrestled with it a bit.

I have a set of T-fal pots, and the curved lip they have makes Bjorn sit a little crooked. It takes a little bit of trial and error to get him to a good angle, but I can still use him to hold my spoons, so I call it a win. Very sturdy silicone and easy to clean even without a dishwasher.

This is the most adorable, and useful, item to give as a gift (also nice to keep for yourself!). It does a great job of keeping the stove top clean, by holding onto the spoon, AND also allows the steam to escape by resting the lid on his helmet. Win, win!!
