Very spicy but amazing!
I saw another review that said to beware of how hot they are.. just fyi, I always put my tongue on the seal and my eyes were watering for 20 minutes. Very very high level of hot. But great flavor. Just use a few flakes to cover what would normally be 10x as much. But.. I live in Texas and hot jalapenos are basically mild here.. highly recommend these!

Exactly as described
I would like to see a bit less seeds, but the product does that job. There are definitely more seeds than anything, but the flavor is good and perfect for recipes.

Great pepper flakes but beware
These pepper flakes are terrific to add spice to your meals. But beware. They are hotter than you may be used to. I love them but I had to learn the hard way how much to use. I've found that it takes about half of the flakes that I used before this in order to get tohe spice level that I like. Enjoy!

Really tasty!
So much more flavor than the supermarket brands! I dumped it on the first time I tried it, because I've gotten so used to the weak stuff from the supermarket, and boy did my mouth get a treat!

Not Organic
This is advertised as "Organically Crushed", with no explanation as to what that means. Nowhere does it say organic on the bottle or in the ingredients list. It appears to be conventionally grown red peppers.
