Armor SX5000 WB Natural-Look Penetrating Water-Based Silane Siloxane Concrete Sealer for Concrete, Brick, Pavers, and Natural Stone - 5 Gallon

My experience with the Armor SX5000 WB Silane Siloxane Sealer product and the company itself was outstanding. From the moment the package arrived, it was clear this company cares. We used the sealer on our concrete and pavers, and the results are exactly what was promised: no change to the look, color, or feel of the stone, which was a top priority for us. Excellent product! Chose to roll two separate driveways, used 1/2 inch nap rollers. Application is very easy, clean up even easier. With two applications, coverage is very even and driveways look great. Water does not necessarily bead but definitely rolls off. Said to last > 5 years, if so I"ll give it 6 stars.

We carefully followed the directions for applying this product. The first coat we rolled on, the second we sprayed. The first photo shows the water beading up on the driveway surface one month after application. The second picture shows water beading up on the driveway three months later after a light snowfall had melted. This product works far better and is easier to apply than an equally expensive concrete sealer we used two years ago. This product is also rated to last longer than the previous sealant we used.

This product was used to seal a new pool deck of Tremron brick pavers. I used a Chapin backpack sprayer (rechargeable) and it worked like a charm. A little “Home Depot” pesticide sprayer will not work because it delivers too little product, and you’ll be stopping every few minutes to re-pressurize the sprayer. You need some volume and to keep going. This product applied exactly as they said. It had almost no discernible odor, sprayed super evenly, and was a “snap” to clean up. The directions are easy to follow and you can’t screw up, you just need a good backpack sprayer. The application coverage was accurate to what they stated. The material did a nice job tightening up the sand between the pavers. The sealant did NOT affect the color, or sheen of the pavers. They look exactly the same as they did before I sealed them. It’s only been a month, so I don’t know how well it will last, but so far it works great. Here in Florida we get a good amount of summer rain, and the water isn’t absorbing into the pavers at all. If it lasts 5-7 years I’ll be back for more and let you know. I did A LOT of research on “sealers” before I purchased this, and believe it’s the “right” product for this application

I put in a new large double driveway with slightly lighter coloring in the mix about 6 years ago and wanted to maintain the new looking appearance of the driveway as it is a main visual element looking at our house from the street. I did considerable research on sealers and every contractor and company has their own favorite. I also wanted something that did not have to be redone every year or two in order to minimize ongoing maintenance. This product stated it has a life of 7 to 10 years which fit my criteria. I read others reviews, contacted the manufacturer with questions and was satisfied. I used SX5000 WB and purchased a quality backpack SOLO sprayer for application. I applied it to my open face (light brush finish) concrete driveway and patio closely following the recommendations for preparation and application. After three years it has both met and exceeded my expectations and looks great. No dark mold, or scaling, is clean looking, attractive, and quickly shed water for the first year and a half to two. That was anticipated to lessen per the manufacturer though. It still sheds water and drys faster than normal driveways without this sealant but not as it did the first year or two. As I over purchased what I needed and had an unopened five gallons left over, I then offered and ended up doing about half of my neighbors driveway. The difference is so obvious comparing the cleaned and sealed section of his compared to the original portion. Now three years later, I just did a light re-coating on mine again and anticipate water will bead and run off as it originally did. Checking with the manufacturer, they said this was OK as long as it was a very light application as the original sealant is still in the substrate and working. They were super helpful and knowledgeable each time. Lastly, with a good sprayer, and getting the prep work done, and following the instructions, super easy and quick to apply. So, I’m sold, driveway looks great, and this is probably the last time I’ll have to do this. Jack - Rainy Washington

This is an amazing product. It goes on easily with a sprayer, doesn’t change the color of the pavers and lasts quite a while. It prevents mold and dirt and keeps the pavers looking new. I highly recommend this product!

I purchased 5 gallons Armor SX5000 WB concrete sealer via amazon. It leaked about 2 gallon material when it arrived at my home. I contact amazon customer service and producer. They delivery additional 2 gallon product to me. That's an amazing post service and I love it.
