Extremely cute; can be difficult to remove
I'm an avid D&D player and I was excited when I saw this. I got it for myself for my birthday as I was doing a full change out of my earrings (I have six ear piercings). Went on pretty easily, the textured 20-sided die beads make them easy to hold in place and screw on. The ONLY issue I really have is that I can't really get them off. Some of that is my fault, I have a tendency to over-tighten things sometimes, but because they are so textured it can actually hurt to try and unscrew them. Fortunately, I got it done after a bit of finagling, but it's something to look out for. No complaints, still. They're comfortable to sleep on, they don't tangle with my other earrings. Pretty great. :)

D20 die septum nose ring
Fits nice. Slightly heavy in the nose, seems to be okay quality. Haven’t had it for long to know how well it holds up but it has held up well so far

Natural 18, I’m thinking.
I LOVE this nose ring. It’s genuinely adorable for any dice/D&D lover. What I did have to do is change out the horseshoe. It was a bit too big for me, so it hung a bit too low for my liking. I still love it. 💜

Easy to put in
The size of it is perfect. It is easy to put on. I didn't struggle as much. It is not dainty. Which is a good thing I wasn't looking for dainty. It has some weight to it, but it's not uncomfortable. It's also very easy to take out if I want to switch it.

It’s cute but make sure to tighten it regularly
It’s cute and does the job but like all piercings with balls we inevitably lost one. Was kinda loose in the threading.
