No visible scratches or any dirt on the keyboard that makes it look like it was used before feels like fresh out of a new box, has 4 extra switches in the box along with key cap puller

This keyboard is extremely easy to mod .
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to mod . I made a foam and masking tape mod to make the keyboard sound very pleasant. Plus the software is a added bonus

The media could not be loaded. Product is good, everything works fine but refurbishing services should be improved. Keyboard was bit dirty and packing was like buying second hand. Good according to price offered.
