Item arrived well packaged and protected. This small Hexclad roasting pan is a wonderful complement to my other Hexclad pots and pans. Does a fantastic job roasting meats, especially turkey, duck or chicken. Skin comes out crispy with a nice even cook all the way around thanks to the included elevated roasting rack. Sturdy, well constructed and easy to clean thanks to the non-stick surface. I've used it for several different items from chicken to roasted meat and they have all turned out beautifully. Vegetables and juices slow cook nicely in the roasting pan below your main protein. This is a versatile roasting pan you will happy to own especially at the sale price.

Pricey, but an outstanding roasting pan. Great quality, sturdy material, easy cleanup. Met expectations and use often. Love the size as it’s not too big.

My wife had just purchased what appeared to be an excellent roasting pan. It was heavy and had excellent handles. We assumed that it would do the job as well any pan could. So she cooked a ham in it. The ham stuck to the pan. The bottom of the pan had burnt matter and a thin ugly stain covering the entire surface. I attempted to clean the pan. With lots of effort I was able to get most (but not all) of the burnt stuff off. The stain, however, was highly resistant. Finally I poured a very powerful cleaner in that pan, set it on stove top burners, and when it was bubbling I attacked it with a plastic scraper. Vigorous scraping began to remove the light stain in small flakes but very slowly. I realized that at this rate I had several hours more cleaning ahead of me using this "heroic" and very tiring method before I'd get most of the stain off. That's when I came to the conclusion that the pan was headed for the trash. There had to be a better one available somewhere in the world. Since I already owned a Hexclad frying pan, I checked to see if Hexclad made a roasting pan. They did. After looking on Amazon I saw that the Hexclad roasting pan was the most expensive by a long shot of all such pans listed. But I figured there must be good reason for the price and ordered it. Last night my wife cooked a pork loin along with potatoes, cabbage, and carrots. She said that they came out perfect. The meat was tender, seared but not burnt. The vegetables came out just right carmelized on the bottoms. It was the most perfect roasting she had ever experienced. Plus, she just plain loves the look of the pan. Now for clean up. Please watch the video and you will see that it was easy peasy. One light swipe with a Dobie pad removed 95% of everything. One more swipe with a few seconds of swirling removed three small spots of burnt on meat. That was it. It was perfectly clean. Couldn't have been any easier. If you're tired of pans that burn food and leave behind hardened, ugly stains that can never be removed even with vigorous scrubbing, this is the pan for you. Not only will you not regret the money spent, you will be delighted at the permanent beauty of the pan.

This roasting pan is sturdy and cooks evenly. I’ve used it for chicken, veggies and large roasts and everything came out browned on the outside while staying juicy inside. The nonstick surface makes cleanup simple with just a quick rinse and wipe which is great since roasting pans are usually difficult to wash. The rack is solid and holds meat without shifting. Even with heavier cuts it doesn’t bend or wobble. The size is generous but still fits well in a standard oven and the handles make it easy to move in and out safely. It feels built to last and the quality makes it worth the investment.

My wife loves her hex clad. She loves the way the food cooks evenly no having to keep messing with the burner temperature. Once you get the pan to the desired temperature it keeps it nicely and a cook your food evenly bought a lot of cheaper pans and the coding seems to come off pretty easy at the case with these, though she does a lot of cooking and they still look like day one you’ll pay good money for these, but you’ll get a good value and a lot of use out of them

I have never spent these many dollars on a single pan. I have, however bought several test pans to see if I wanted to expand the purchase. Lots of failures in the past but this is clearly a winner! Cooking was even as the heat was distrudeted equally due to the weight of the pan. Loved the large size big enough for a 22 pound turkey. Clean up was a breeze. Just wash with soap and the residue just slides right off. I am sold on this bran so well I ordered the set that goes with it. A total keeper and worth the money!

Love!! Turdunken turned out amazing! Clean up was super easy, didn’t need to soak or have the temptation of throwing it away during the holiday seasons. :) love how light it is and it’s nice that it comes with the bag so I slide it in there and store it till I need it. Next I’ll make my enchiladas in it!

Great roasting pan, nothing sticks

We bought the entire set from Costco. We have bought the chicken roaster from Amazon and this Roasting Pan. It is incredible! Just season it properly!!! We made a few turkeys and the clean up is quick and efficient. Love the storage bags they all come with. We have the best turkeys and homemade gravy with this pan. Hexclad is worth every penny!

La teglia è molto bella ma purtroppo ha delle dimensioni che non sono compatibili con il mio forno. Ho letto altre recensioni simili e mi sono fatto l'idea che la teglia in oggetto sia adatta per forni non europei. Negli USA ed in Canada non ho riscontato lo stesso problema.
