Great quality for gluten-free baking
Pure and intense flavor, harder to mix by hand into liquids but worth the effort. The company sent me a statement about their facility not producing items with gluten, so I will choose them for this reason alone!

This is hands-down, the best unsweetened chocolate I’ve ever had. I’ve been eating unsweetened chocolate for as long as I can remember. Scharffenberger was the best- but they sold out they- aren’t the same, and you can barely find it anymore, but this Berkeley made stuff takes the cake. I really hope they stay in business! Finding grade a plus unsweetened chocolate is incredibly hard in America. Keep up the good work!

BEST CHOCOLATE /WORST DELIVERY
This is the best chocolate on the planet bar none. Unfortunately Fed Ex delivered it to a recycling container and had a neighbor not retrieved it not only would it have melted as it clearly says keep away from heat and it was dumped in a container in the bright sun, but I would have been without my chocolate "jones". This particular TCHO has zero sugar so you get a 100% chocolate zap.

The Best Dark Chocolate!
This dark chocolate is great! I eat it as an after-lunch snack, and it’s delicious. I’ve tried other 100% dark chocolates before, and they’re usually very bitter — sometimes too much. But this one is different. It’s not sweet, of course, but it has a deep, smooth chocolate flavor and is almost not bitter at all. It keeps me satisfied and helps me avoid extra snacking. Highly recommend for anyone who loves pure dark chocolate!

you want products with minimal ingredients list
order was quickly processed, packaging included ice packs to protect chocolate from melting the quality of the product looks amazing, the ingredients list is as minimal as it could be (its a quality hard to find today: ton of things has fillers, enriched, gmo and whatnot - you dont want those if you like your health) great value for money bitter, but when you work with it you may add your favorite sweetener
