Eddie BauerMen's Cirruslite Down Jacket

This jacket is amazing, extremely lightweight and comfortable and reasonably water repellant. It is honestly hard to believe how warm this jacket is for how light and thin it is, I can easily say it's warmer than jackets I have had that are 3-4 times as heavy and it is much more comfortable.However, my jacket came with a loose thread. No big deal, I thought, until it started to unravel up the length of the whole jacket almost immediately when I put it on. I have attached a picture of what the thread looked like when I first unpacked the coat so you can see what it might look like when the problem starts. Replacement jacket is on the way, and I am sincerely hoping that I just had bad luck because Eddie Bauer has always sold quality in the past.Basically, I wouldn't hesitate at all to buy this jacket. You'll love it. Just make sure you check your jacket over very carefully when it arrives so you can avoid having the same manufacturing defect that I did. I'm gonna give Eddie Bauer the benefit of the doubt and say this was a fluke, but definitely something to watch out for with yours.

Really thin.You might want to toss it in the dryer on delicates to fluff out the down.Go a size up. You won't regret it, when you need a hoodie underneath.

It’s comfortable warm it’s decent feel like little pricey for it but it’s decent coat.

This jacket was acceptable as far as fit and construction. This jacket was too light for my tastes. I found another one that was heavier,warmer and cheaper than this one.

I love this Jacket. Extremely Light weight but very warm. Fit is perfect. I am 5'10 180lbs and ordered a Large. I live in Minnesota and it is 28 degrees and very windy, and this Jacket handles the weather perfectly.
