I had a mug warmer for years that did not work like this one. This one truly keeps my coffee warm without burning it. Love this & very pleased.

We bought a glass teapot from Amazon because we like to make Thai tea and other teas. The problem is when you leave the teapot out the tea gets cold and we don't want to keep running to the kitchen leaving the teapot on the electric stove with the warmer on so we bought this and I must say it does not take up much space and it keeps the teapot warm. So now we're able to watch a movie in the living room with our teapot constantly warm.

I decided since I was upgrading everything that I needed to get rid of my old one and get a new one. I am so glad that I did. This works great! And make no mistake. It gets hot. Watch little fingers they will get burnt. I’ve even put cool tea on it and it has made it very warm. Three heat levels.

I got this because my coffee goes cold so fast, I often leave a half a cup or more. I will sometimes take the time to microwave it, but mostly it just goes down the drain. After looking at at least a dozen of these warmers, I chose this one because of the features of different temperatures, the little silicone cover, and what I thought was auto-off feature. I did not read the description carefully - there is a TIMER off feature - where you can set the heat to go off in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours - which seems excessive, but I guess if you are using it for something other than keeping a beverage warm. You have to get yourself in the habit of turning the timer on when you select the heat. Most of the time, I just turn the heat off when I'm going to leave my office for any length of time. I would have liked the comfort of knowing that the heater would turn off by itself after so much time (2 hours seems like enough).Otherwise, I love it. There were comments that your mug would have to be completely flat in order to warm properly, and that's not true. I find that my already hot coffee stays drinkable on the 131 temperature, and if I want it a little more hot, I can turn the temp up to the 158 or 176, and it will actually start to cook the coffee when you get to the last few sips. It was pricier than I was hoping to spend, but I'm thinking of getting a second one for downstairs on the weekends.

Works really well! I love to slowly drink coffee and hot tea so this has been a game changer for me. It gets VERY hot. I only ever use the lowest setting because that keeps it nice and warm. The higher settings are, literally, burning hot.

I bought this because I was tired of my coffee getting cold at my desk. There are two settings to keep your coffee very hot or just warm. I like this so much I have bought four of these, and have also given them as gifts. Perfect price point, well-made, and I love that it comes in black and white. I even use it at Thanksgiving to put my gravy boat on which kept my gravy warm throughout the meal. Great find and great purchase.

The box is marked that its 110v the 220v is unticked so i cant use this till i get an answer to if it is ok to use on 220v, as it says in the instruction manual!automated customer service is terrible and a waste of time
