Every woman needs this book.
This book has made me more comfortable in this body I was born with. Written by a woman physiotherapist who has suffered like the rest of us women. Her methods really work.

10 of the chapters are short 30sec/1min videos you have to download one by one online, rather frustrating. I feel like the book is more to promote her online workshops than anything and honestly if you already have good body knowledge, a fitness, yoga wellness, self-care background it’s mostly common sense stuff. Massage yourself, move your body and learn to let go and listen to your body, where it holds tension etc. However, If you don’t already have that background or understanding, it’s likely a great resource.

Can't wait to get started!
I just received this book, but flipped through it last night. WOW - there is a lot of information and demos along with added support from website. I can't wait to get started healing. I am looking forward to releasing my pain so I can really play with my grandchildren. Let's get started!

Good information.
The struggle of implementing the exercises.. but I know that they work so if I get sluggish I do know that I need to get back to doing the techniques.
