I originally bought these for my mother after she had her colon removed and they worked perfectly to prevent her from becoming dehydrated. My husband uses them now whenever he is flying for extra hydration, they also are great for anyone getting sick.

Taste wasn’t great but was tolerable. It did keep me from having a hangover in Mexico when I was drinking all day long!

I have purchased various flavors of Banana Bag many, many times. In my opinion this is the best rehydration or “iv” powder on the market. Do some on the market taste better? Absolutely - but they are not even 50% as effective at least in my experience. And really the results are all that matters - and I do like the sweet orange more than the original lemon lime but nothing about it is bad - you just aren’t going g to be drinking a sugary drink full of fake chemicals. To me this is real deal hydration and I don’t care about processed here - it either works or it does t and for me this is the best I’ve found. I even had an issue once and through Amazon the company immediately resolved it. Great service. I’d suggest getting the sampler pack with the different t flavors and picking what is best is for you. I will definitely stay subscribed just a rare wonderful product that delivers results.

I feel this product has helped me greatly in reducing hot flashes and night sweats. I cannot be sure, but Ladies! Electrolytes and B-vitamins! Crucial for us older gals. A little pricey but worth it imho. I haven't flashed in months, since I started these. I do take other things, too, for menopause, but i'm giving these most of the credit. I love these recovery packets and have them on auto-ship, but the last two packages have not been properly stored. They are arriving in more of a solid form, instead of the powder that they are supposed to be. In other words, the powder is clumped together and hard. I returned one bag and was refunded for that bag. But, the next three were the same... clumped and almost solid, instead of powder. This means they have been stored where moisture of some kind can get to the product. As much as I want to drink this incredible solution every day, I'm getting ready to choose another product, with a different company. At $70 a bag, I'm not willing to spend this much money on a product that is supposed to be a powder, yet comes in this compromised form. I feel like the Manufacture ought to reimburse at least my last 3 bags. But, I opened them, and used some of them, so I'm not asking for more than the one bag of reimbursement that I already received. I hope future bags are in better shape, for all who are ordering this. It really is a terrific source of electrolytes and vitamins!
