To make a long story short, I am absolutely a believer in the efficacy of this probiotic. I had purchased this brand before so when I saw it pop up in the vine program, I jumped on the opportunity to try this specific blend. I have thrown everything but the kitchen sink at it. All to no avail. I decided to eat even cleaner and fast for as far into the day as I could in order to lower my chances of a reaction. Unfortunately, I started this protocol the same day as the new BiotiQuest. And it worked! My ears started healing up almost immediately. But what was actually helping? I felt like it was the probiotic but I couldn't be sure. That is until the Christmas holiday wrecked my clean eating. Shameful really. I have eaten horribly for several days now and I can feel it in my ears. But, it is nowhere near what it was several weeks ago before I started this probiotic. I am actively working against the good work it's doing in my gut and it is still helping me. I am absolutely convinced getting back to clean eating and taking this probiotic will get my ears back to health. Yes, it is expensive. Exceedingly so. But, for me personally, it's worth it. This is a nice probiotic is you're interested in promoting gut health. It is sealed and nicely packaged. None of the pills were damaged or broken on receipt. The pills are average size and easy to swallow. I didn't notice any negative effects or stomach discomfort from taking this. It's hard to say how well this works, but in general it's good to keep your gut bacteria happy. The price is fairly high for this and other BiotiQuest products, but if they work for you then you should consider it the price you pay for health. I do wish these had a longer expiry date as mine are listed to expire April 2026, which isn't very long.

I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the website. The biotiquest site is functional and informative. I like that it has information on the company and their core team. They also state that their 3rd-party testing service provides a Certificate of Analysis. I don't see where to see or download that, like you are able to do on some sites, so it probably has to be requested. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I like this blend. I just wish they didn't add stearic acid, which many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.
