TomTom Small Strap Spark 3 Multi Sport GPS Fitness Watch - Aqua

I bought one of these in October and have loved it. It's easy to use and a bonus is that I can see the time without my specs on. I've used it for running and swimming, and keeping an eye on my step count. Unfortunately a week or so ago it developed what looked like a bleed under the screen which started at the left hand side but spread over a few days till the screen was unreadable. I contacted Amazon and a few days later received a replacement. I am delighted with this service.

Size of the main display is great. Did take a long time to activate when going on a run and only syncs if wired up directly to laptop. Takes some time to set up as well. I dont find functions intuative, worth persavearing though. Did a factory reset which did improve activation time. All the stats are great and far better than running with a smartphone.

I have had my Tom Tom since April and have loved it. Today the strap has broken! This is so sad as wear it every day. Is this normal? I was sent a new watch in December 2017 but tonight the strap has broken again in the same way. But I can not find an email to get support??

Disappointed with the lack of heart monitor and the absence wasnt clear when i purchased ut. The strap has broken also within a few months

Very disappointed in the battery life. I bought this as I wanted something to track my activities without having to constantly recharge it. It was a Christmas present, so has only been used for 2 months. I am training for a marathon, but the battery runs flat, even when having been fully charged, before finishing a run of 10 miles. It will also go flat after approx 12 miles when on a bike ride ( which would usually be at least 20 miles or more.) I will not be able to use it to track my marathon.

Great sports watch, does exactly what it should do.

Very good watch, loads of features. GPS works well. Step counter seems to work well. Turned my 11 year old into some kind of fitness coach!!! It's his watch but he keeps telling me to run faster! Encourages activity.

Although the watch the self was grate while it turned on, once it stopped charging a month it the watch was rendered completely useless. And it was a coincidence it happened just a week after the return date!
