Nice product
Good product but scented stick not working well somke doesn't reach to the third level. but when I bought seprate sticks it work well so, you have to buy seprate stick.

Waste of money
The quality of the product is very bad. The black paint wears off even without using it atleast for 1 time. Also, the making of product doesn't look like the smoke will go down as given in the description. Also, The dhoopstick holder is tilted because of this the dhoopstick will fall of and will not stay in place. Truly waste of money and time.

Product is not so good melted after minimal heat. Smokes are not get well distributed.

Please make the area where dhoop has to be kept flat so that it doesn't fall off
The place at the top is very inclined and the dhoop does not rest there and falls off everytime we place there
