Finally an ice pack that works! It's comfortable. I can use it on the back of my neck and across my shoulders sitting or doing daily chores. I flip it over to the vinyl side for deeper soothing on my soon to have surgery knee. Flexible, just the right weight and size. I can put it around my upper arm as well. Excellent product. Highly recommend. I use it several times a day. Freeze overnight. Refreeze after each use 3-4 hours. Cold lasts 20-35 minutes. Can't brag this one up enough. Price reasonable too. My neck and knee thank you!

5 out of 5! Thank you so much. I would 100% recommend this ice wrap. Was having neck pain issues and of course a regular ice pack I would have to hold or tie it around my neck which was uncomfortable, but this was great! It helped my pain, helped me sleep, stayed on my neck while I worked (office). I love how one side is like a fabric so it's not too cold but if you flip it over it will be colder if you need. It's not heavy so it is comfortable. I was able to fit it under my xl polo shirt and you almost couldnt see it. Held up great so far and will continue to use when I need one.

I got this because when I get migraines, holding cold packs on my neck seems to be one of the only things that really helps. This keeps the cold for quite a long time. And I have even used it to set on top of my head to help with my migraine that way. I keep it in the plastic baggy it came in to keep it clean in the freezer. I also find that placing it upside down so that the part that sits on the upper part of the neck is on the bottom works the best. That way all the gel is in that part when I get it out. The pack fits pretty good on the back of my neck, I do wish it was just a tiny bit longer in the front so it stayed in place better. Sometimes it will slide especially right after getting it out of the freezer. And I wished they had put in more areas to prevent the gel from pooling at the bottom of the front of the wrap. This would make it perfect! Nice and pliable. No stinky odor. Easy to use. Works great. Much easier to use than trying to keep a small hard ice pack in place. With this, you can just place it and relax.

It’s a great size for my needs and the best part is it fits in the freezer. I have 3 wearable ice packs that do a great job but they are huge and wearable is not always necessary. Most of the icing I do is while laying in bed. I’m missing vertebrae c3-t1 and my neck and upper back are constantly in pain. I push the gel towards the center for more contact before freezing. You can tri fold the pack to conserve space while freezing as well. It doesn’t drape over shoulders which is the only downside but I personally didn’t expect it to bc well…ice doesn’t bend😁. So if are hoping for that feature just be aware it might not lay as flat down the shoulders as you like. I’m happy with how long it lasts for its size and like that there is a fabric side to start on and a nylon size to flip to when you need to get another boost of cold. Edit: I originally gave this 4 stars but after using for a few months I came back and gave it 5. It does drape over shoulders after wearing for a bit and becoming pliable. So it will not drape right out of the freezer if that’s what you need but I’m ok laying on it and then draping once it gets to that workable state.

I like the shape of this wrap - it works both on my neck and on my lower back (not at the same time - LOL) The soft covering makes it comfortable even right out of the freezer. I also like its plastic storage bag that keeps the wrap away from food in the freezer.

This product seems well made and reasonably effective. I especially like the one side soft fabric so it can be applied directly to the skin. Somewhat disappointing is that it doesn’t retain cold long enough. Also, the over shoulder flaps could be a little longer.

It’s great! Can use on more areas beside the neck. After a minute or so you are able to mold it to your liking. Does what I need it to do, and I’m happy for that.

Works well. Just the shape was a little smaller in the sides than I expected . But I still get relief from the product.

It gets super stiff when i leave it in the freezer for to long which makes it hard to wrap it over my shoulders. If i leave it in the fridge its just not cold enough/ i just dont have enough space in my fridge. And if its in the freezer it will grow ice on top and leak water everywhere.
