Did not personally notice a difference.
This little gadget came with no instructions in the packaging. It instead directed you to a website to read the instructions. I there found out that this is actually phase 3 and I should have started with a different item. It’s an expensive investment, so I would have appreciated a little more direction and instructions up front without having to spend more time figuring everything out. I tried the device anyway. It’s easy to apply and comfortable enough to wear. It’s also discreet enough to wear under clothing. I didn’t notice that it made a difference for me personally though.

This was slightly effective, but I had reaction to the tape
This did help with my back and neck issues. However, I had an allergic reaction to the included tape that holds the device to my skin. It gave me a red, itchy rash.
