My wife tried these and loves them! She says they have greatly reduced the severity of her hot and cold flashes due to menopause. Even I can tell her hot flashes are less severe when I touch her forehead! The effects kick in after 3 days of taking the product so don't expect it to work like an aspirin. You have to take it each day for 3 days, then it 'kicks in' on the 4th day. It keeps on working so long as it is taken regularly. It took a couple of weeks for it to really start making a difference but I am so happy with the results. I am calmer, less moody and hot flashes have decreased a lot.I have found taking one in the morning helps me throughout the day and one at night allows me to sleep better with less hot flashes.The price is also very reasonable making it a win win!

Only took them for about a week, but due to other medical reasons, wasn't able to continue taking these. So can't say if they work long term.

Ladies, I've been searching, and have tried several different menopause supplements, and finally saw this one! After reading the reviews I ordered it, and I'm so grateful I did! It truly works for me! It's been a struggle dealing with lack of estrogen, all these getting older issues, hot flashes, mood swings, zero interest in anything.

I already use black cohosh and have been using it for years...this additional herbal product is a icing on the cake....the sweating, anxiety, sleeplessness and just plain feeling out of source is gone...

I’ve used other products for my menopause symptoms before. Always had side effects or they just plain didn’t ease the symptoms.
