Just okay...
Soft to the touch, but edges are sharp. The packaging appeared opened/tampered with. Don't bother choosing a design, I realized after receiving two of my orders and read the fine print- they "surprise" you with whatever they send...

My kids love these ice packs for their bumps and bruises. It doesn't stay cold long but provide the perfect amount of cold without being too cold for the kids.

Flat, open package, received either used or damaged
The ones we bought several years ago were beginning to tear, so we bought new ones. I thought this would be a pack of two, but it was just one in an already opened package. There was very little gel inside, it was flat as a pancake. I sent it back, it was clearly used or damaged.
