Love this oil
Love this oil. Smells lovely (slightly sweet) and as mentioned in the health blog that recommended macadamia nut oil, it doesn't smoke easily at high temperatures, so great for stir-fry. But be mindful it does leave a bit of a sweet nutty flavour that is detectable if you're not cooking with herbs, spices or sauces that will covert the taste. But I've only noticed the taste when doing basic frying with salt and pepper.This is also one for stovetop cooking. I don't think the taste nor the lightness of the oil would work for most roasting jobs or salad dressing.

The most horribly smoking oil I have ever used
The most horribly smoking oil I have ever used. Makes my eyes sore and makes it hard to breath. I bought it because it said this oil has high smoke point as is perfect for cooking with high heat. How very wrong to say that.

Nice oil, not too strong
Nice oil, not too strong. I use it for mayonaize 50/50 with olive oil.
