I'm a huge coffee lover but found too much 'normal' coffee played havoc with my bowels and when it comes to marathons and marathon training. This was the best thing I ever wanted... I approached a nutrition company who threw in free samples of Truestart coffee. A company I hadn't heard of before. Well it's natural content and strength helps me enjoy a daily coffee, a pre run coffee boost and mixing in my protein shake after a run i get the additional benefit of coffee aiding my recovery. The packaging is right as with this coffee i DON'T get the coffee crash as i do with supermarket brands. I plan to use this before races as I've seen on the TrueStart website and social media platform, people drink it cold and with ice A win, win situation!!

controlled caffeine?
Great coffee, gives me a good kick.. as for the benefits over normal coffee I'm not sure there is one because it says "the only coffee with a controlled amount of caffeine" 90mg +or- 20mg so it could 70mg or 110mg?! Not thaaat controlled really but I may be wrong

Tastes nice, didn't give me the kick I expected though
Stumbled upon this coffee while I was looking for something to increase my focus. As a frequent coffee drinker, I did feel some effect for both exercising and work, but only mildly more than my normal coffee. I have been using the measured scoop though so per usage I do save granules and feel like I'd get more for my money if the bag was bigger. It tastes good though both black and white.

Quite nice as a milky coffee.
Not cheap but gives me the caffeine buzz I crave without needing half a cup of instant so I get a much better flavour than normal.I had tried this at a recent sporting event and though I'd give it a go with out cycling 70 miles first. Still good and drinkable. Gives the boost I need before dealing with the kids first thing in the morning.

Rocket fuel
Thought I'd try this and assumed it to be a bit of a gimmick really. Had it, and dragged myself out for a 25 min run on a freezing winter evening.The run turned into a 60 min blast where I was chasing dogs and biting trees and stuff.Awesomeness.
